Sales is great. Friendly people. The service department is different story. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. 3 hours later i got my truck around closing time. My tires were not balanced at all, excessive vibration throughout the whole truck. I was mad about that. Today i dropped something under my truck so i backed up so i wouldnt have to crawl under the truck. And i looked on the ground and there is a puddle of oil on the ground. The oil plug was almost hand tight. Will not be doing anymore business here.

I bought my Jeep Cherokee at Cecil Atkission Jeep Dodge and simply LOVE IT!!! The salesperson made sure I knew all the extra features and how they worked, helped me register my GPS/SIRIUS radio, and treated me like a valued customer. I even got cookies in the mail thanking me for my purchase. Who sends cookies??? Cecil does, thats who!!! I highly recommend shopping at either one of these dealerships! I give them 10 stars!!

Recently bought a vehicle here, they have really good prices. Theyve got a smaller selection but its a smaller dealership, thats not necessarily a bad thing. Im sure they could get you whatever you wanted though. My only complaint would be having to travel over to their Toyota dealership for financing, can make for an awkward ride back if finance doesnt give you the numbers you want.

Cannot get a return call from service manager. My jeep has been in the shop since Saturday. Today is Tuesday. Work had not begun since my last contact. Would not recommend this facility. Will dissuade my company from any further fleet service.
