Ive purchased this dealer a car couple of weeks ago. The car was advised as smooth runner. I verbally asked the dealer if there is any known problems. His answer was "no" and in fact he said " the vehicle was completely inspected and runs great, no engine problems nor is there any issue that we know of". I took his word, knowing that I was purchasing the vehicle as it is. Two days after I bought the car, I spotted oil leak from the engine and coolant leak as well. I took to the mechanic, and the estimate work it required was $1400. I feel like I was completely ripped-off by unprofessional used car dealer. I am writing this review to make my unpleasant experience with this dealer a teachable moment for future buyers from this deceptive, thief dealer. Please BEWARE of this dealership, unless you dont mind draining your money in a toilet, which one has every right to do.

Was on the market for Acura TL. Had a hard time finding the one with color combination that I wanted, mileage and more importantly price. Vitaly the manager told me that he can find for me what I was looking for. About two weeks later I got the phone call from Vitaly and he told me that he found one. I was so excited. I could not find one for 3 months. I got color combination that I wanted, the car is in immaculate condition and yes the price was lower then any other comparable cars on the market. I am just so happy with my purchase not to mention that someone did all of the hard work for me. So thank you Auto Star, I hope I will not need car for many years now, but next time my only stop will be Auto Star!!!

Bad.... Stopped to look at a truck I am looking to buy, when asked how did they price the vehicle, the salesman was playing a "Im stupid" game, like he didnt know that the price is double than the KBB suggested retail price, "what, is it expensive? Cheap?" When I said it is expensive, he slammed the door and left the area. The truck was far from being worth the asked price, rusted all around, scratched, dented, and show cheap body work. I wonder if they will find the client that will not know they LIE to their clients... If they lie about stuff that are that easy to figure out, what else are they are not telling you???

I have been a customer for many years and never once was I disappointed. David Sepp has always looked out for my best interests. I have never been asked to buy a repair I didnt need and he has found ways to make repairs like the last one saving me $1300 (they were able to fix a transmission sensor in my MB without having to drop the transmission to do so). As a matter of fact, I would never let anyone else touch my Mercedes. He has also serviced our Jeep and we have have nursed an old work vehicle (2002 Dodge Grand Caravan) currently to 213,000 miles. I have worked with these guys for several years now and they are and honest group of business people. I use the service department mainly and they are very flexible to get me in when I need to and serve me well so I can continue to live my life without it being dictated by service hours and complications. If I have ever been unhappy with anything they always fix their problem.

Ive been a professional automotive repair specialist for over ten years and I love picking used cars dealers apart about their vehicles and I could not find one complaint about the Silverado I bought. I just bought a 2012 Prius from this place and the guys were great. The price of the car was by far the cheapest and the sales man was nice and fast, in and out. They also had a bank that I went to called US federal in Brooklyn Park and Michele their was really good, nice, and fast with good APR. I recommend this place to anyone.

My vehicle needed numerous engine repairs. Auto Star mechanics are straight talking professionals. Have had bogus mechanics for years. Finally, we have found 5 star mechanics. We have shared our experience with family and friends! We have had Auto Star repair a couple of our vehicles and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought my used vehicle from Auto Star, I had a problem the first week however they backed up their product. Their repair department did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and in record time by the way. Car dealers get a bad rap these guys are great to do business with.

I brought my Sprinter three times to have it looked at and all three times the technician was unable to do anything! I had to tow my vehicle to the dealers to have it serviced because Auto Star is promising but not doing of what is expected. Not recommending to anyone!
