I researched my purchase for over 30 days prior to picking Sabine River Ford over the dealers available to me in the Baton Rouge Area. They not only had the vehicle I wanted on site, they were able to facilitate the one cosmetic item I "really, really had to have"! Andrew made the sale go off without a hitch, I received a competitive amount for my trade and two weeks later they took care of a minor tire problem by replacing the tire at no charge to me. I called late December about a navigation update and the one cosmetic change I wanted and Ritchie was nice enough to come in on Saturday after Christmas to take care of the lettering I had requested. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had in the many years of purchasing vehicles. I am reviewing here, writing a letter to the dealership and will copy my letter to Ford Corporate offices. Service like they provide at Sabine is why I will come back and send my friends.... Service with the sale and service after the sale!

This is by far the very best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle! My salesman Paul was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process, they stayed several hours after closing to finish the deal and left all add ons strictly up to me, no hard pressure to buy anything I did not want! I would definitely go back for my next ford purchase! No back and forth between salesman and manager got me the deal I was looking for without any hassle! Just a great and pleasant experience for someone that dreads the new car dealing!

Originally went there because they were close, and were the least pushy of the dealerships that I was online shopping at. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. We never once felt pressured to do anything beyond what we originally planned to do. My wife had never bought a new car before, and was apprehensive about the experience. When she said she felt at ease with the whole process, I knew they had managed the impossible. They will be my first (and likely last) stop for all future purchases.
