My fiancé and I recently moved to Otsego and needed to get a new car for me. I have always wanted to own a Jeep and Freeway Motors had just the right one...a 2009 Jeep Patriot Sport with great gas mileage and under 100k miles. We had been to a few other dealers before with no good experience but we felt comfortable at Freeway Motors right away. Paul was very professional yet laid back...we felt welcome. We took the Jeep for a drive and I fell in love with it. I wanted to buy it right then but I dont make decisions easily. Unlike other salespeople, Paul totally understood and told me to go home and think it through so I can feel comfortable with the purchase. It was the end of the month when a lot of car salespeople feel pressured to sell but Paul completely acted in our interest. I never felt any pressure at all. Needless to say we bought it a couple days later and the sale went smoothly. My fiancé went to pick it up by himself and they actually gave him a ride home, which was very nice! Then, a few weeks later the engine light came on. Since we had just bought it we brought it back and they had to keep it a night to figure out what was going on. They gave us a 2012 Chevy Malibu as a loaner PLUS gas money. They found the problem and it was very minor and something they couldnt have predicted before the sale. They had to order some parts but ended up fixing it within 24 hours at no cost to us!! AMAZING! We will definitely be buying vehicles there in the future. These people genuinely care!!! Highly highly recommend.

I was warmly greeted by both Jeff and Paul and never pressured to buy a vehicle. They know their inventory well, gave honest answers, and got me a great interest rate on the Dodge truck I wanted. I enjoyed the smaller size of the office and lot. They have been in business for ~ 30 years and now I know why. Their prices are very fair and they made the whole purchasing procedure very easy for me. Thought it was great. We took both our cars in within three days of eachother. They were very easy and fast to get an appointment. Here is what I really liked about them . . . they took me back and showed me what some of the problems were and how I may be able to fix a few things myself. Also they didnt try to sell me expensive items to fix the problems, they gave me options and suggestions to really pin point the main issues. I just thought that they were very aware of both safety and cost to me. Thanks guys

Disappointed to drive 3 hours round trip and was told the truck body was straight and that they only buy accident free vehicles, to get there and clearly can tell something was wrong. From the bondo on the cab to the rear bumper not being straight causing a dent on the rear fender and the tail gate not closing properly. The front bumper was dented and rusting. Just know, they say there is nothing wrong, and clearly there is, so hope you dont drive far to find out theres a lot wrong and be disappointed.

I bought a suburban from here and the service was excellent! The price was less than what other dealers were asking so there was no reason to haggle the price (I priced suburbans for over a year). Great people and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone! Bigger dealerships (Eden Prairie) welcomed me with a cold shoulder, Jeff welcomed me with a smile and a handshake.

I just purchased a vehicle from them and everything was very smooth. When I asked to see the vehicle Paul gave me a quick run through of all the features and let me loose to test drive it. Afterwards he didnt pressure me to buy it, just asked if I like it. The whole process from start to finish was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone to them.

Bought a vehicle from Jeff this past week. He was great to work with. I live 80 miles south of the dealership so wasnt able to see the vehicle in person, only pictures from there website. Jeff assured me it was a great vehicle. I wasnt disappointed at all when I arrived to see and test drive the vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

Recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass from this dealership and, I can honestly say I am very pleased with the vehicle, prices, and their process. Staff was excellent (my sales person was Jeff) and, under no circumstances did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle (unlike other dealerships). We plan on getting another vehicle from here in the future.

The guy running the front counter was really full of himself and the service I got was a complete joke. Even if this shop has cheaper service, its not worth it for the quality service you get. Like mentioned above. Do yourself a favor and find another shop to do service for you instead of this shop.
