I absolutely love this store! Their customer service is outstanding, and it was further proven to me today. I usually swing by the store while my pups are getting groomed as I can more easily browse their selection of clothes, I casually pointed out a dress that my dog has to my gf and I guess the young lady working there heard and noticed which dress I was talking about, that a few minutes later she asked me if I had bought a hat along with the dress, I said yes, she walked towards the counter and explained to me that a few months back (3 months to be exact) I left an item there and they didnt know who it belonged to! I was beyond happy! I thought I had lost this item! I cant believe they kept my item all that time. I am truly grateful to her mentioning it to me. I will certainly be a customer for as long as they are there.

While this store has some good dog brands, their service is really slow. My order takes 3 weeks to deliver. I asked about my order which was placed for a week and there was no e-mail whatsoever about my order. Sent an e-mail and received reply the next day that they were too busy to ship out my order. To think about Amazon giving tracking# in 24 hour, I would either shop at retail store or buy less perfect products from amazon. Not recommended if you have to wait 3 weeks.

Snobby and bad customer servcie by the owner as always. I dont feel comfortable shoping there. If I have a choice I wouldnt step in this place due to the owner attidudes. They do have nice dog brands, but can be very expensive. I learned my lesson from going there twice. Next time I will shop online. (only if its a must have from there)

Fun store. Great high-end, interesting dog (& cat) things. Their prices were really resonate considering. For example they had a $22 dog harness up to a $150 dog harness. The lady working was very nice and helpful. Will certainly go back.
