I had seen one of their mailers previously but had not had an opportunity to shop there until today. I recalled that they would match competitor’s prices with a copy of the competitor’s ad. Another new company had opened up in Olathe and sent out mailer with coupons. One was for $10 off with purchase of $50 or more. Armed with that coupon, and the intent to save every penny I could, I thought I would see if Pet Supplies Plus would meet their coupon price. Although the intent of the owner, Todd, was to meet competitor’s prices it was not to match coupons. Even though reluctant he agreed to meet the coupon discount even after I asked him if he was sure. I saved $10 and he even offered to carry out my large bag of dog food. I went to shop next door at Hy-Vee and I thought to myself, “This is the owner of a new startup company and was more than accommodating”. With that thought I took the additional $5 I saved and went back and returned to him with thanks. As I told him when he tried to give the money back, “this was no marketing test and I appreciated his goodwill gesture”. With that he thanked me and shook my hand. His attitude was refreshing and for a family owned business competing against the large chain stores with great buying programs, speaking from experience, running a Small Business is no easy task. Todd and his employees deserve our business. His store is very well organized and his staff is very helpful and, as noted, willing to please. This will be a great shopping experience for you. A welcome addition to the City of Lenexa!!

From the moment I walked in Sara greeted me even while she was working with another customer. Then when i was trying to figure out how to lift a 40lb box of kitty litter Sara came over and got it for me. While grabbing a few things I was greeted and asked if I needed anything by Bella. Jessica helped me at check out and was sweet and friendly just like the other two. To beat all Bella picked up the box of litter and carried it to my car without being asked. 5 star customer service by these girls all the way. I was so impressed I went back in and got their picture. The store is very clean. The owners are very friendly as well. Location is great for me and prices are fair. Thank you for the outstanding service. I will be back.

I went in to this store the other day with my new dog to get all of her needs. They had a fabulous selection and the owner (local) was so kind, and hes there every day, all day long! The store was well lit, clean, organized, and they had everything on my long list. The food selection is fabulous, everything a health food nut could ask for! I would encourage everyone to support this new, local business!

Super super friendly staff! There are very willing to help you in any way they can. And awesome discounts. I personally love the dog and cat bathing area. They have so many shampoo and conditioner options. Unlimited towels too! Pet Supplies Plus sells all sorts of animals and anything you would ever need for your furry loved ones.

The staff is friendly enough, unfortunately they cannot keep mice in stock. Visits there three weeks in a row yielded 0 mice in stock. The location is very convenient but because my visits are a waste of time - I will not go there anymore.

Very friendly staff and great prices. Every single time I am there every employee that is near asks if you need help with anything. Also love the do it yourself dog wash stations! So many shampoos to choose from and unlimited towels.

Great place, very organized, friendly staff! Manager/owner(?) helped this lady take her large bag of dog food to the car... now thats service! I think the grand opening is 6/24 & 6/25. Check it out, well worth the visit!
