Clean nice store very friendly employees. My husband And I picked out some black mollies and cat fish for our tank brought them home and less than a week later my fish were dead. Come to find out the mollies had ich and my whole tank is now empty and cleaned out. Called and talked to the manage he informed me that they were not suppssed to sell any fish because they had ich. refunded for my fish. Its sad that I had to lose all my fish in the process. I will go to Petco for my fish for now on.

Two stars because they are super nice but they need better training as far as knowledge on their pets. They have a SAD Betta as their store pet. No heat source and it has clamped fins and finrot and they think its okay. Gave me wrong care information on Bettas as well.

I recently purchased a picasimus from their store. Once we had put him in the tank with my other fish that I had for a long time we figured out the new fish had ich. Now all my other fish are dead. The store needs to better check their tanks and fish! Thanks petsmart.

Very new, and clean! Every employee is friendly and willing to assist. 4 stars for 2 reasons, they have a small area for small pets, and they do not yet have puppies for adoption. I see them fixing both problems though and will definitely return!

My dog was running everywhere trying to pick out something to take home. She loved the employees and the other dogs where so nice. Im absoutly going to bring her here agine. Hands and paws down.
