I will never go to this location again nor will I recommend anyone here. Yesterday I stopped in here with my family including kids and two 7 week old toy breed puppies, all was fine until checkout. My puppies were in the cart and the cashier was clearly upset about something and took it out on my innocent babies. I decided that I didnt want this metal food bend (trash can style) and he went to put it in the cart with the puppies and I tried to stop him by slightly pushing the can away. He then applied more force and pushed the can onto my puppies. It really made me so mad because I tried to prevent it but his nasty attitude caused him to hurt my 7 week old toy breed puppies. I was tempted to put everything back and walk awaybor call a manager but I didnt want to cause a seen and at the time it was the only pet store open and I had a long way to drive home.

Today, my husband took our dog to be groomed. We had his shot records from PVS vaccination services. The manager, Maria, accused us of photoshopping the vaccination records and refused our dog. She was extremely difficult even after we showed her the email receipt from PVS vaccinations. Even the employees didnt understand why she acted this way, as they expressed their confusion. Took him to petsmart across the street and they took him NO PROBLEM. Clearly she was trying to show off in a power trip for the male employee whom she kept inappropriately leaning on, as they discussed why it was forged. Completely inappropriate and extremely frustrating when you are just trying to get your dogs groomed.

Take your business elsewhere. If seeing the poor animals all in filthy cages and the fish area smelling like a bait well isnt bad enough. Try purchasing a small scratching pad for your cat and being charged double because my husband didnt use the "rewards card" That is an outright scam. Pay attention to the price tags, because your not being charged what the price tag says. And yes, I called their customer service line, did their survey, and asked that a representative call me. Needless to say, I am still awaiting their response. Take your business elsewhere-these people dont care about anything.

i have a supercoat toy schnauzer that has went to petco for her grooming for the past year.now im out of town and take my princess in for the spa.they said she was too matted to groom they would have to cut her all around not the scnauzer cut.went home put the comb to her not a matt one their just lazy n dont care about our animals.I will never go back to this petco again.I might add the groomer down the road is happy to have her and couldnt beleive they were gonna cut her beautiful hair off.dont take your babies here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible, its completely unprofessional, the manager Justin seems to do anything and everything to get you out of the store and on your way. The aquatics team has very little knowledge of what they do even though they take a rigorous training course. Dont go here. Theres plenty of other places that will have what your looking for with out telling you a bunch of crap to get you to leave them alone. Planet fish, fish gallery, aquarium design group, aqua zoo, etc. it is not worth the time lost to visit this store

If I could rate this no stars I would! Took our dog to get his summer trim and when we did the ladie said she nipped him on his chest a little and put chamomile on if so it could get better. We were fine with that till the next day, when we saw that not only had she "nipped" his chest but also all his legs, more of his chest and parts of his belly, so bad that it had scabbed over and took his chest weeks to heal. Never coming back and I hope no one takes there pets here again for their safety!

Not customer service friendly. Moved to the area from out of state. Tried to return an item that clearly was not used with a receipt within the 30 day period. It literally took 3 weeks to get an approval from a district manager that did not bother to call me to find out what happened. Not professional. How did he end up with that job. Bottom line people this establishment does not have your best interest in mind. I will never step foot into Petco again. Hello Petsmart. Here I come.

I will never go to this store agian. I asked for assistance and they called someone up. The guy walked right passed me and when I tried to get his attention he turn back around and kept walking. I followed him ..he took me to a stop and started to walk away. This wasnt what I was looking for. When I finally got him to show me where what I was looking for was, he was very short with me and didnt want to answer any of my questions. I am completely unsatisfied with my visit.

Dropped off my dog for grooming at the appointment of 12:30 and was told they would call me 3-4 hrs later when she was done. At 6 pm no call received and no-one will answer the phone at the store. I have no confidence they have respect for the dogs in their care. I noticed when dropping off that none of the groomers knew the names of the dogs they were grooming and it seemed to be a factory operation. I should have stopped at that point.

The fish tanks have a virus in them causing their fish to die. I know this because the guy that works in the fish section told me that after he sold me a seahare. I put the hare in my tank and it died within an hour. I have seahorses and other fish and I took my water back to be tested and he said it was fine. I asked for a refund BECAUSE he told me they had a virus and they refused. Save yourself some money and go else where.

Originally my fiance and I went in and the petco was very, Id say, unorganized and messy. We received a gift card for this facility, and I dreaded going. We walked in to a completely new store and although there is a petsmart closer to where we live, Ill go out of my way to shop at this location. They had a massive renovation project go on, and it looks extraordinary. Good work guys!

I had a perfectly healthy saltwater aquarium for 6 months.. Then one day i went into this store and bought $160 worth of fish. Within 3 days every single one of my fish caught a virus from the fish I bought and they all died!!!! I brought the bodies back and they said no refunds on the saltwater fish. If i could rate this 0 stars I would. Shame on you petco.

they actuyally kick me out of the store before my daughter could pick out a ferret... due to tropical storm? when i left there where kids playing softball by my house its only about 4 miles away!! there is no storm and then i tried calling once the rain past and there phone are busy!! i will make sure to take my business to petsmart from here on out!

Very friendly staff. We all held the ferrets. The lady we talked with was very knowledgeable about the ferrets. The others reviews about there dogs nails are just petty. I highly doubt you were ignored for 32 min. You probably didnt ask for help. I asked and was helped within a min or less. Would recommend anybody to this location.
