My experience with Solutions Pest & Lawn was not good. I ordered bait boxes, and they sent me an e-mail later the same day with a tracking number through USPS. However, 5 days later there was still no action taken on the tracking number. When I called the company, they said they did not know what had happened, so they would reship my order. Later the same day I received an e-mail from them with a tracking number through FedEx. Several days passed, and there was still no action taken on that tracking number either. When I repeatedly called the company, I was assured the order had shipped and I should be patient. Thirteen days after my initial order, I called the company again, and they admitted to me that their inventory count was off and that my order had in fact NOT shipped, and they did not know when they would get more. I trust my experience with this company is not normal, but I would never order from them again.

This is the first time Ive ordered from Solutions Pest & lawn and I am impressed with their service. I received an immediate follow up email informing me the order was received and being processed along with a note informing me there was an employee assigned to my account that I can call any time I have a questions about any insects, pests or treatments. After I received my order I got another email thanking me and and letting me know UPS had delivered it. I would definitely recommend Solutions pest & lawn and will be ordering from them again. R. L. Great company but they ship USPS. Ordered on Sunday, received confirmation on Monday and a debit to my account, conformation had tracking and was to be shipped Tuesday the 11th, USPS never confirmed package received, e-mailed my concern on 20th, no response, re-checked status Monday the 24th, package picked up on 22and went to Houston ,arrived Sunday in Denver, arrived early Monday in grand junction and arrived Monday afternoon! Dont know if USPS screws up or it was never shipped. So if you dont get it in a few days e-mail them! It helped me!

LIVING IN A WOODED, FIELD LOCATION: I recommend the reusable "AEGIS MOUSE BAIT STATION" mouse trap feeder solution, sold by Solutions Pest & Lawn... (just add the bait); it is a value priced, smaller version of what youll find indoor/outdoors at restaurants and along the walls of other professional locations (great for all potentially problem areas). Remember this tip, mice are territoral and this feeder will get them where they "used to live," until they are all gone)! If you ever need to start over, just add more bait to the feeder.

Ordered Item On Sep. 27, 2016, Received Tracking Number On The 27th. After Five With No Tracking Info, I Emailed And Asked To Check. I Was Told The Item Out Of Stock And They Would Issue A Refund. It Is Now Seven Days Later And I Still Do No Have A Refund To My Amazon Account. But Yet They Say It Is Done. I Had To Go To Amazon And Submitted A To Z Guarantee Claim To Try And Get My Money Back. I Would Say That This Is One Of Worse Companies I Have Deal With.

One of the only sources I have found for MSMA. This stuff used to be available at every hardware store, under the greenlight brand, but now for some reason it is not. I guess it is only available in 2 1/2 gallon jugs for commercial use. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and for a good price This stuff is invaluable for controlling sandbur in South Texas without killing the native Bermuda grass.

Solutions Pest & Lawn is a great company with really nice, helpful folks running it. I kept hearing about how good Talon G is so I bought it. I placed my order on Friday and arrived home Saturday evening to find it on my doorstep! I immediately put some packets in my garage, in both attics, and threw some on my roof. I no longer hear the critters (disgusting rats!) at night after only a few days of use.

I went in knowing what I wanted (I had purchased the same product previously, but at a location in Houston/Pasadena). The store was small, but well stocked. It was clean and organized. The store manager, Jason, rang up my purchase, and was polite and welcoming. He seemed appreciative to have my return business, and I will be back for more in the future because of his service.

Great, friendly small family owned business. The website has each pest sectioned separately so you can find all their products depending on the pest you have which I thought was helpful. ordered a product with picture and description of product and received the wrong product. called customer service and was not helpful . just apologized and just told me that they will tell the problem to there marketing dept. to correct the ad. I would recommend everyone to call before ordering to make sure the that the product purchasing is the same product .

They guys here really know their stuff. I went in for help with a bad flea problem and learned everything there is to know about them. I was able to get two years worth of chemical for under $50. I would highly recommend solutions for pest control products and the service is top notch. It is good to see that center chemical is in good hands.

You will be treated to correspondence from the owner as well as an entomology expert after purchase. I happened to order a product that I know works for rodents. Glue traps and poisons are cruel and unsafe for other animals up the food chain that may ingest a poisoned mouse, so I prefer a live trap and a trip to the woods.
