This place is incredible. We recently adopted a dog and I went here for quality food. They were VERY helpful, and knowledgeable. Then yesterday Marley (our dog) decided to roll around in less than pleasant smelling material (ok it was poop)... I recalled Pets Earth having a self service washing area. It was free to use for our 1st time since we recently adopted Marley. Given it was free and is self-serve, I would not fault them for not wanted to be too involved, but that is not how these guys do business. They asked if we had bathed him before, and we confessed to be rookies, She offered guidance up front, demonstrated how to do certain things, and checked in with us from time to time. It really helped us quickly become comfortable with a process that was new to us. The facilities themselves were outstanding. Could not imagine trying to do it at home. We will happily pay to use it going forward. Such a wonderful place that really shows they care about what is best for you and your pet.

Pets Earth is the best place for pets! You can wash your dog using the self wash area. Have your dog groomed using their professional and kind groomers. Purchase food brands you can trust, select a specialty handmade treats, all types of bone and chew items, toys, and other specialty items! Every item is well made and I have never had a problem with one purchase!

I love cooking here, I do wish they were open Sundays, since it only leaves me Saturday to take my dog out. I almost always give my dog a bath after we visit the local dog parks, since she normally gets all muddy. Everyone is really nice and the treats from the bakery are fun to buy and feed to your dog.

My wife took our dog, buddy, to do a self serve wash and the staff ignored them for the most part which was irritating. Then, one of the employees walked by with her dog, her dog lunged and she lost control of it and it attacked and blindsided our dog injuring his back leg and eye. Well never be back.

Always friendly staff help you carry your dog food to your car, after 12 bags you get a free one! Dog wash stations are always clean, wide variety of top of the line treats and toys and necessities. Love this place have been going there for years for all my fur children needs.

Extremely reasonable rates to use their clean, well equipped dog bathing facility. The employees who work there were so willing and wanted to help if you needed it. You can tell they truly love our four legged, furry family members.
