I called to set an appointment for my dog to get his nails trimmed. I told them we had never been there before. They said no problem just walk in... no appointment needed and to just allow at least 30 minutes before they close. So mid day...2:15 pm friday we walk in. They inform me only when Im there that they need his rabies info. No problem hes wearing his tag. Nope they dont accept tags. They need to call the vet. No problem the phone number is on the rabies tag. Then takes about 10 trys to figure out how to dial an outside #. But the ver isnt answering the phone so im sent away after about 40 minutes with no services. Seriously? What a joke!

Great cat and dog care, but the small animal care is not so good. Oxbow food and Care fresh bedding are good, but the mesh wheels are extremely dangerous (They can get their head stuck in the bar and the mesh can cause serious foot injuries) . They have changed most of the wheels to silent spinners, but they are all 6.5 inches which are only subtitle for roborovski hamsters. Other dwarf hamsters and Gerbils should have at least 8.5 inches and Syrians should have a 12 inch. Otherwise the staff members are VERY knowledgeable.

Our little Sophie just graduated from her 1st puppy class yesterday (May 5, 2013) - and we have signed her up for her next class. Her trainer Darian was exceptional! If you are sitting on the fence trying to decide whether or not to sign up for a class. . .JUST DO IT! We are not only pleased with the trainer and her method of training, but with all other staff that we have had the opportunity to meet. Very friendly and knowledgeable and the store itself is very clean. Way to go PetSmart team! 8o)

Nice employees, clean store, fast service, and good deals. One time though a groomer became rude to me after my small dog had pooped & puked in a kennel because he was so nervous from all the commotion and loud barking. I assume she was upset to have to clean it. He wasnt use to all the noises and it was his first time there. I never took my dog back for grooming but I love shopping there.

An adequate store for purchasing pet supplies. A large selection of dog food brands and even larger selection of my pets brand. Usually with multiple flavors on sale. They have a nice training area and the grooming salon usually does a great job. Nothing extraordinary. Just what youd expect from a pet store. At least the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very disrespectful, I had walked in the door at Pet Smart and none of the workers said hello to me, they all looked at me and looked down. I had walked over to the fish to look for a goldfish I wanted to buy. I had been standing in the same spot for about fifteen minutes and two workers had walked past me not even asking if I had needed help.

Bought a whole setup for and including hamster. He lived a while :( Then we got a 17 cent goldfish, he lasted a year and a half. The place is good because ppl need a oet store, and thats what they are. Not much diversity around here so theres no point in getting critical about the services.

We are owners of a young beautiful Scottish terrier, Jenna has groomed him twice now while we are here from Florida, she is excellent and very good! Brushed teeth to clipping nails excellent. Even his Andy Rooney eyebrows are cut with care. Thank you Jenna!!

There was one employee working who literally saw five people looking for help, including myself, and we all left without purchasing anything. I needed fish, another needed crickets. Unless it went self-serve, Im going someplace else from now on.
