I saw them getting frustrated with a dog and having a rude tone with it, but against my better judgement I still let them groom my doggy because it was the only place with an opening. When I got her back, she looked okay, but looking her over noticed that it was choppy and not done well. I paid over $60.00 and she was not groomed well. When I got her home I noticed her paws had been cut by either scissors or a shaver and there was dried blood. Also some of her nails had not been cut and I took her in because her nails were too long, so now I have to take her somewhere else for a nail cut. I will not go back to this place!

They did a horrible job on my golden retriever in grooming. I specifically told them I didnt want his feathers cut off like they did last time because it made him look like a lab, they did it again. Also there were two mats under his right ear that I had to cut out when I got home, and under his ears look greasy, obviously didnt bathe and brush well! It was a stressful pick-up (lots of dogs/people) and wanted to get out of there, so I didnt notice until I returned home and unfortunately tipped this person. I guess you get what you pay for (even though it came to $74 with tip), will go to a professional groomer from now on!

Do not take your dog here! I found cuts all over my dog right after he had been groomed. He was acting very weird and licking his back end so I took a look and he has cuts all over. And not only that but he has been acting very frightened and hiding since I brought him home. I called pets smart to complain and it was the manager who did this. So what does that tell you about this place. If it were just one cut I would somewhat understand because yes it is hard to cut an animals hair, but it is FOUR cuts. Not acceptable at all whatsoever. Never going back.

Went to the fish section waiting to be help next and after the worker helped a person, she left and there was like 4 or 5 of us at fish section too. Then after I went and asked for help at the fish section, the guy comes and grabs my fish and I told him I want the smaller sizes and he grabs them but marks them down for the bigger size price. Need to fire staff and hire the right people for the job. And clean those damn tanks. Fish looks like they got AIDS.

They dont have a good adoption system in place. Employees recommended a kitten and had my little girls excited about It. We did all the paperwork. Waited for hours. Later we find out someone outside the store had previously promised that cat to someone else. Bad communication between the store and the adoption service. Sad girls. Thats life. But the system needs to be improved. Really its the adoption service that didnt do well, "Forever Friends."

The last time I went here they had mostly everything I needed and when I asked a question about something the staff was very unhelpful. The cashier always seems like theyre having a bad day. Also I was overcharged for a ton of things but had no time to go back to get it fixed so watch out for sale items being priced correctly.

I was increasing my school in my tank and added 3 fish one week and 2 snails 2 weeks later. Every fish I bought from PetSmart died. I checked everything I could think of that I could have done to cause this, and everything turned out normal. Every fish I bought from Petco that is in the same tank is still alive and healthy.

4:00 on a Friday afternoon, i went in to buy a lizard for my granddaughter. there were 3 employees in the fish department talking. two employees at the checkout talking. after about 20 minutes i gave up and left.... ill just order off the internet, it will take a few days but i wont be wasting my time in that store...

Ive been taking my dog here for classes and to get her necessities taken care of as long as Ive had her. Brooke is a FANTASTIC trainer and I will be enrolling Toph (my dog) in the intermediate class as soon as I get the cash. The staff is always friendly and they absolutely love to say hi to us while were shopping!

Went in @ 4pm for a bath and brush services. needless to say they bathed him and scissored his feet but nothing else. Just sucks how I didnt get to take a good look at him until we got home. I will definitely call tomorrow. This is BS. Ive already emailed their company, well see how that goes.

I have been in this Petsmart many times. I love the customer service.. If someone isnt in the Fish department .. I just go an have them page someone.. easy as that. They have great prices on fish and great sales. Its the only pet store i go to for my dogs items an for my fish.

It does NOT open at 7 AM. Only the grooming is open that early. The rest of the store doesnt open until 9 AM. I do love the dog trainer at PetSmart in Fayetteville! She is great and has helped us tremendously with training our Vizsla puppy.

This is my goto for pet supplies in Fayetteville. They even have animals to adopt. Good selection of everything and good prices. Make sure to sign up for a pet perks, which is free, to get the real prices or you will be paying a bit extra.

They have a good stock of items. Some things I would like to see more of, but they do a good enough job for the major items. Id suggest stocking higher quality foods such as Acana or Orijen. If you want those, I hear TheWholePet has them.

The fish tanks here always appear filthy, the fish look sick/miserable, and employees give awful fish care advice that can easily be proven inaccurate by a quick Google search. Just dont go here.
