I too was promised a mower turn-up in a week and it turned into more than a month with no apology and no adjustment for the money I had to spend on professional mowers during the interim. Before I brought it in, I called ahead and they said about a week. When I brought it in the next day, I was told a week or so. After a week passed I was told there were 16 mowers in front of me and "who told you a week?" I was then told that it would be ready by the end of that week. After another couple of weeks, and $80 worth of mowing services, I sent a note last Saturday explaining the situation. I received a voice message from a store manager saying the mower would be ready by the end of the day or Monday at latest. It was ready late Tuesday afternoon but I was unable to get it until today (Saturday). When I picked it up there was no apology and no adjustment. Frankly, my problem is not with the fact that it took a month. My problem is that they promised it within a week on three separate occasions which is why I left it. Had I known they were a month behind I could have waited to bring it in until they were caught up and not had to spend $80 on mowing services. Knowing that they failed to keep their commitments and knowing that their failure to do so cost their customer $80 on top of the $140 spent on the mower meant nothing to them. I will be looking for an alternative next year.

After reading the other reviews i thought for sure there was no way they could be true.. was looking at dog choke chains and had questions and asked cashier for she could have someone help us over in dog collar area, she asked what i needed help with and told her was wondering if they had others and questions on what i saw and she said we have whats there.... well I decided on skipping getting dog collar since I couldnt get help.. went back to get our chicken feed had some questions and if they had wheat and couldnt find anyone. So i left with 1 bag of food instead of several and dog collars.. sorry but I guess I will stick to tractor suply atleast they will help with you questions

I took my lawnmower here because it wouldnt start at the end of the last mowing season. They said it may take a week to get it repaired but they had it fixed in 2 days. In addition to diagnosing the starting problem, they also replaced the oil, air filter, sharpened the blade and adjusted the drive cable all for under $90.00. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I also like that they are open at times that are convenient for a working person. There arent many small engine repair places north of the river. I would recommend Feldmans. P.S. They work on other brands besides Stihl.

Very nice for the caring floor staff to help me with my chainsaw blade because I couldnt get the new one to fit after I just bought a blade a week ago. The counter in back was closed since it was Sunday. I had to use that saw and couldnt leave it for service. The counter clerk called him up to the front, I told him what was going on and he had me go to the back counter while he put it on himself. Just a reminder in this world being kind makes s difference to everyone around you even when it isnt spoken or expected. Thank you I will be back. Oh no charge either, so I bought oil paint from the store out of appreciation.

Poor Service. I needed a small repair on my weed eater. In May they were 3+ weeks backlogged which makes sense in Spring. I waited until August, took it back, still 3+ weeks so I dropped it off. 3+ weeks later, I called to check status, they said someone would call me back, never did. A week later when I called, they lost my phone number but sent a letter (which I have still not received) to tell me they had to order $10/parts + $10 shipping + $30 labor so they had done nothing. I put down a $32.50 deposit so for $20 risk they did nothing. This is what you get when you deal with incompetence..

Terrible customer service. People are nice but waited over 60 minutes to pick up a mower that was serviced. When I dropped it off initially, it took over 30 minutes to get my receipt printed and out the door. If youre going here for anything but basic checkout, plan a day trip with snacks. It will be more than a while. Will never return in the future. Please dont contact me feldmans, I dont want to speak to anyone. It was like this four years ago when I bought the mower (from you) and its still like this today. Terrible.

Was in on 01/21 about 11am. Looking for work boots. Looks like a decent selection on the wall but nobody around to get me a pair. They have other cheaper boots and mucks on the floor that are easily accessible and self-servicable. I have found if you are looking for a brand like Ariat you will need to go elsewhere or online due to no staff. I left after waiting for 30 minutes. Not sure what the other 2 customers did.

Lacks sufficient staff at checkout. Two visits in a row only 1 cashier with 5 people in line. Second line opens and this new line does not take next person in the existing line. Last visit just left though we have 5 things we were trying to purchase. I try to support local business, but not one that is unwilling to provide services to its customers.

It took a very long time and multiple visits to the Liberty location to have my mower tuned up. I was told that it would take approximately one week to do the service but it actually one month. The associates were friendly but they couldnt provide even an approximate date as to when it would be completed once it went beyond the first two weeks.

Terrible, dont go here! Acused my wife of being lier and was absolutely rude. One manager says one thing to us then the other refuse to go with that manager. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! BBB an Attorney Gernerals Office has been notified!! Tractor supply gets my bussiness!

Whole experience first time there was terrible. I would never go back but their animal feed and pet food selections are good and its the only place close. So just avoid the staff, never bring children, and expect to be followed into the bathroom like you are stealing.

Worst customer service....then the kid told me the wrong product which ended up costing me double what I planned on spending...and then didnt make it right by discounting based on there mistake. Will never shop there again.

Prices arent the best. And thats if they have the product labeled with the price. Then it takes forever to find someone to find out what the price is. If there was a tractor supply closer i would go there everytime

I love the fact I can find stuff I need and want but the discounts arent that great and prices are a little high, but the day we went in staff was friendly and plenty of them
