My cat was needing a certain herbal medicine so I called and asked if they had it in. The lady keeps me on the phone talking about pet food. I then asked about the medicine not really caring about the healthy pet food she was trying to sell me because my kitty eats healthy. She said bye in a rude way and hung up fast. I think the lady actually got mad at me for not wanting the food. Nope- I wont be shopping there for sure, geez! Frustrated with bad customer service. Im going on Amazon where Ill probably pay less anyway on raw foods thats sold there, if I were to buy any and of course my needed herbal medicine that my kitty really needs. I really didnt expect that kind of treatment.

Edit: liz helped me and refunded me for the problems i had. Thank you for such great costumer service I had great service and the employees were nice but the food is not what they claim it to be. They sell products with missleading labels for example the taste of the wild bag says venison and salmon yet the main ingredient are chicken and veggies. I told them my cat has a chicken allergy and yet they told me buy taste of the wild which 1st ingredient is chicken! They also sold me raw food ment for dogs and told me it was a complete diet for my cat, which is incorrect because cats require taurine as a amino acid which dogs do not.

This place is wonderful. Its the spot to buy high quality meat protein based kibble (as well as some raw options as well!). I talked to the woman up front about my mothers dog having severe allergy issues, and she gave me a free sample of Acana Pacifica to give to my mother! What a wonderful place. Ill definitely be using them as my source for dog food in the future. They also have a supply of toys, treats, and supplements, so be sure to give them a look!

My dog wasnt brushed after his cut or bath. He was obviously not given water or let out to potty. His cut is sloppy and the lines are all over the place with long hairs in patches. They asked for a tip. He smells of a dog kennel and his fur is full of dry skin. A waste of 85 bucks :(

Wonderful store, I worked here for nearly two years and made the mistake of trusting another former employee and quit. Great foods, that are near impossible to find elsewhere, and at a good price. Great grooming as well, Jan is very knowledgeable with specific breed grooming!

Took my maltese-poodle puppy in for a trim on short notice. They were great and worked me in, all I had to do was drop off my pup and they called me when she was done. I am not knowledgable about pet hair cuts nor how they should look but my pup came back looking amazing!!
