If you want to be treated rudely and ignored by people, go to this place. My wife bought a pair of shoes for my son, but realized she paid more than she wanted to. Went back and saw they were on sale and asked for a price adjustment. The rude guy didnt know what that was, then contacted the manager by walkie. Told they dont do them. So my wife then goes and gets the shoes and returns them. It had only been couple weeks. She is then told (through the salesperson since the manager couldnt be bothered to deal with customer issues) that she had to wait 24 hours to repurchase. First problem is the policy itself. What retailer would rather you return something than just adjust. The bigger problem is that when she became frustrated and said she would no longer shop there, the guy told her "I dont care". Oh, and for anyone at corporate that reads this, if you are having a shrink issue, it might be because the employees are leaving the sales floor and hanging out in the back........
