Started out pretty good, read that Webys was the place to get the thing I bought because the customer service is stellar and I try to avoid amazon if I can. Got $10 off for signing up for their email list, which was nice. Get an email the next day and find out that the item is out of stock, but there was a "glitch in the system" that showed it to be in stock. They said it was in transit from the supplier and they would be able to send it out in 3-4 business days. Alright thats fine. 12 days later the order is finally processed and they are just now sending it, so I wont get it until next week. I asked if they could upgrade the shipping because of the delay and she said "we will be unable to provide any type of expedited shipping at this time" - whatever that means... Customer service was still good because they did let me know what was going on and she replied to all my emails relatively quickly. I will probably do business with them again, but it wouldve been nicer if they could have been a littler cooler with their mistake and made it up to me somehow.

Attempted to purchase a few gun magazines but then my order was canceled a few hours later. I called for an explanation and was told that "high-capacity" magazines were restricted in Virginia and could not be shipped there (this is HIGHLY incorrect). Tried to explain Virginia law for 10 minutes and finally gave up. I understand the liability aspect and wanting to stay on the right side of the law, but this is a clear misinterpretation that they didnt seem willing to resolve. UPDATE: Apparently this issue has been resolved after they were contacted by the VCDL. I still will not be placing an order, but I believe my original review of 1 star is now unfair so Ive changed it to 3. It would have been 5 stars if there wasnt an issue to begin with (like it should have been). Otherwise, easy ordering experience. Customer service did answer the phone promptly. Just seems to be some office issues interpreting laws.

Webyshops has great prices and excellent customer service. I was contacted shortly after placing an order because one of the items was not in stock, despite the website showing it was. They found their error, corrected it and gave me the option of cancelling or keeping my order along with the expected delay. The part came in a few days later and shipped out immediately. Some stores may have hid the mistake and I probably would have just thought they ship slowly. Mistakes can happen to anyone or in any system, but the way they are handled speaks volumes. I appreciate the honesty and that shows good character. I will definitely shop here again.

A++++ First off let me say that the customer service and professionalism is enough to put competitors out of business. I was a walk in customer after seeing several lower than market prices on firearms through some Facebook posts on gun group pages. Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by a Mr. Jared Devine and between the shockingly low price points and helpful advice I couldnt leave without adding to my collection. I have since been back in a few times to add to my purchase and each time I become more and more impressed with this outfit. This is my new favorite man store!

After 3 days of comparing prices, Ive deduced that Webyshops has the absolute best prices anywhere near Arlington. All of the staff are informative, helpful, and polite. I have made multiple purchases here, in a matter of a few days, and will continue to patronize them for any of my 2nd amendment needs. They also have clothing, knives, and some camping gear. They are also in an easy to access location, with not a lot of traffic. Keep up the good work!

Thanks to Weby Shop, I have tried many other online shop to get the EOTech sight that is restricted to ship out from USA. But from Shop Weby where i get more cheaper price than other stores and with their help to take care all of licensing for export, I finally got the stuff that Im looking for. And what amazing, the process doesnt take a long time as they notified to me. Just 1 day all document was settled. Thank you very much Weby Shop.

Easy website to navigate. Excellent product information. Very good merchandise pricing, reasonable shipping. Business associated with site gives thorough contact information (name, address, multiple phone, email, etc.) rather than the atypical of so many sites. I will avoid a site like the plague if the only contact method is an email form that is contained within that site. So far, so good. More to come upon receipt of the order.

Good customer service once they got rid of the " lazy bad egg". The next person did more then made up for her. The second flashlight was in excellent working order when it finally arrived. The reasonable part about this transaction was that I did not have to go through the money and all the inconvenience to return a DOA $ 14.99 flashlight, they just sent me another. I would definitively purchase again from this merchant.

My shopping experiance was very pleasant. Convienient, good price and fast shipping. I how ever had a problem with the item ordered and I am having trouble getting in touch with WEBY to get a return authorization number. Several e-mails and phone calls not returned. I hope that this is because of the holiday weekend. Getting less happy everyday.

Public Service my ass. Entered w/10k, did not spend a dime. Asked for a shotgun in $200 range, says they dont have any even though 4 were on the wall and showed in stock online. Employees (3) talking to each other say Ill get to you in a minute. Waited 5min and left, will not do business here, they dont want it. Arrogant.

Garbage company. Be warned; if you buy a firearm here, and it comes in with a cracked stock and canted sights, its "not our problem" according to Weby. They offer no quality assurances on their firearms, no return policies, "all guns are final", and they have attitude to boot. Will not be coming back.

Their web site is easy to navigate through and their checkout process is extremely easy as well. I love the fact they participate in the "one click at a time". Extremely fast shipping. I ordered Friday and chose the free 4-7 day shipping. My product came in the next Monday. I was shocked. Packaging looked fine and product was what I ordered. They were the cheapest I could find and Ill be doing business with them again.
