I couldnt have asked for a better experience than what I had at Local Hub. I went in before a Sigur Ros show to look at some gravel bikes. Basden was more than helpful and not trying to hit with me with a bunch of sales pitches. He informed me of the cons and pros of the bikes I was interested in and helped my narrow down my decision. I will be buying this bike and any other needs from this establishment, thanks to his professionalism. Thank you, fellas! Keep up the awesome work.

This is a great new bicycle resource in the heart of Deep Elm in Dallas... The staff was super nice, helpful and professional... This place is a quality operation... It has a great vibe and great location. The mechanic was especially helpful as well. They do rentals... I recommend more than 3 hours for touring the Downtown Dallas area. They had a very respectable rental fleet.

Genuinely nice and great service. Popped in 15 mins before close for a broken spoke and they stayed behind when my front shifter and chain also needed replacing. Its a good sign when the staff ride killer bikes and they have good selection including helmet and shoes...choice in points of contact are a good indicator of the experienced and passionate.

This place is awesome. Ive stopped by on rides a few times and they have great hospitality and friendly people. I bought a new tire this morning, and they tied it too my Camelbak. I rode my bike 35 miles, took the train to and from Ft Worth, and got home with the tire secured just waiting to be installed. Thanks a million!

This is a great bike shop. Clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. They hold a lot of group rides and events witch have gotten me out on my bike on more than one occasion. All around good people with a great shop.

Convenient location in Deep Ellum off the bike route that connects downtown to white rock lake. Went in to buy a new tire expecting to change myself when I got home, but they changed it out for me for free and with no wait.
