I cant recommend Playtri highly enough!! I ride long distances, so comfort is everything. I got the traditional old style fitting when I bought my bike, but I was consistently hurting after about 25 miles. I went to Playtri for a Retul fit on my road bike and the difference is amazing! James and Morgan were very thorough in analyzing my issues and took time to answer all my questions. The whole process took a couple of hours. The Retul results can get you so far, but it has to be personalized, so its important to have a knowledgeable person doing the fit. Its a sweet deal that you can go back for readjustments for a full year at no additional cost! Another plus, they keep your measurements on file and send you a copy, so if you need to be set up on another bike, youre good to go. I did a century ride last weekend and felt great the whole time! I would not trust this store. They are fraudsters I ordered a triathlon short from Playtri using PayPal. The site claimed they had inventory in my size After 3 days, Ahmed (the owner?) emailed me, saying sorry - they dont have my size. However, he has not refunded my payment to him. I have asked him to Paypal me the money directly, and he has not been responsive. He is a total fraud. Do not do business with this company!!!
