Came in with a group of friends and were planning to buy a lot of husky tools. There was no price tag on a tool box that I was planning to buy. There was a tag on another box that was damaged. NOT KNOWING that the price was just for the damaged model, we moved the tag over to make it easier to checkout and wanted to ask if they had one in stock that was still boxed up. ended up having to talk to someone that didnt even look like an employee, manager possibly, about how its illegal and a felony to swap price tags. Being honest, we explained to him that we didnt know about only the damaged display being on sale. He continued to talk over me. In the end, I had planned to get the toolbox either way on top of all the other tools with the purchase, and was deciding to change my mind after the terrible customer service from whoever it was I was talking to. Treat your uninformed customers correctly. I wont be coming to this location again or recommend it to anyone else.

I love to ring the bell very loud to recognize the excellent job that they do in making you feel so much st home. I moved from California after 30 years & I really regret not moving earlier. People get surprised & I give them two examples. First one is that in California if you go to any bank, you confront a thick bullet proof glass separating you from the teller, but you dont see such in Texas, which proves how secure you feel over here. The other example is that any employee of Home Depot will go out of his or her way to make sure that they spend at least 1/2 hr to convince you & make feel comfortable in confidently starting your do it yourself project & get the satisfaction of doing a professional job on your home project. I particularly applaud for Bablu Bazlur of the paint department in helping step by step of converting a very old porcelain bathtub to a shiny new enameled tub.

One of your employee broke my brandnew phone, at that time I was told that "no problem, we will take care of it." The claim was handled by Sedgwick and everything has been a nightmare. Sedgwicks responsibility was to secure Home Depot benefit not mine. They gave me enough money to buy a refurbished unit, but not the new one I should receive (providing that my phone is 3 months old in perfect/new condition), they promised to give me gift card that I have never received. Long story short, the way I am treated by this company, I will never spend a penny at home depot. Although I am not a fan of its compettitor, I am glad that there are options available.

A store that only stocks the highest sales volume items made to the absolute lowest quality possible while remaining in business. And they top it off with freindly associates that dont know anything about what they sell. To complete your shopping experience you can go to a self service check out station and serve yourself (Which essentially is what you do from the moment you walk in the door...at elast they are consistent) at the register as well. The only reason I dont completely throw them under the bus is because Lowes is no better, and there isnt anyone else to buy from in this space.

the McKinney Home Depot is much closer to me but Ill drive the extra miles to visit the Allen Home Depot. Doesnt matter what department Im in, every single sales associate has been more than happy to help. I actually left yesterday still chuckling as I went to my car. The sales associate who assisted me in checking out was outstanding! He was personable and funny with every single customer in line. I can only assume it starts at the top, so kudos to the manager of this store!

Ive had positive experiences when shopping there. I was looking for unfinished cabinets and a team member was very curtious in helping me choose and load my cart and ensured I had everything needed to finish the project. He even helped me out to my pickup and assisted me loading it up. Found out thru my wife that she recognized a picture of the team member helping us as the store manager. Very polite and generous. Found out through our brief conversation he was a vet like myself.

I ordered Front door for my house, after a month later installation guy come out to installed the front door, But guy said - His Buddy good Wrong Measurement, door needs to be cut , after that I contact Home depot surprisingly heard I have to wait at least 3 weeks to door will be ship the Home depot from manufacturing and another months to come back to installation , seems like will take 3 months just a get Front Door to be installation very very UNPROFESSIONAL

The staff always seem to be very helpful and go out of their way to show me where things are and make recommendations on what I need. Prices are very good. I bought a lock set for a door and the lock wouldnt work properly, so I brought it back and they rebuilt the whole thing and made sure it worked properly, rather than just swapping it out for a new box and returning it to the vendor (thus costing them all money)

Shane took the time to help me locate souder wire. You only had one roll, Shane checked inventory and it stated you had more...he continued to investigate looking high and low, but neither of us could find the back stock. Shane stuck with it and continued to look. Other employees pointed and described the location...Shane physically looked and went above and beyond...Thanks Shane!!

I was at this Home depot at 9:05 PM on working Day. Ask the customer Service person for help to cut the 2X10X10 wood . one person came and he did not want to help us to get the wood which was placed high in the rack or shelf. "[He told us that every stores are closing by 9 and home depot also has to close by 9 PM . "

Its always a challenge getting good help at Home Depot and this location is no different. On my last trip I talked to three different people and received three different answers and all three were incorrect. My advice is to come armed with an SKU number if you need to locate an item.

I really was taken a back when I was told I couldnt use my Military discount on fence pickets because it was a bulk item. Additionally, I was informed that if product is on sale, it would be ineligible for Military discount as well.

They never have anything with in reach i always have to ask to bring it dwn with a lift and then i wait from anywhere to 30mins to a 1HOUR REALY 1HOUR. Ive been here for 45mins..Do NOT COME HERE THERES A LOEWS A CROSS THE STREET
