Having lived in Seagoville some 40 years. We have seen many new business come and go. We were particularly happy to see a hardware store come in. I used for both home and my business. At first it seemed off to a good start and usually found everything I needed. over time I began to notice the salespeople seemed disinterested became younger but lacked experience and knowledge to where anything was or if it would serve the purpose. I figured them new and they would be trained. We they continued to stand around talking with each other or preoccupied with whatever they were doing I waited til made a run to Home Depot. Then, here comes Tractor Supply my go to place. some months later I happened by Ace again because I knew Stihl products were sold. From the moment I walked it until leaving I could not have had a better experience in any ACE or Tractor Supply. Ace has became the place again and I refer everyone I can. They were very personal, genuinely helpful and should they not know the answer they quickly find someone who did. I soon realized who was behind several changes, be it he implemented changes from the home office or otherwise he spoke courteously, clearly and in a way they would want to remember. Always call to see if they have what I need before going they ignore the phone I thought I might of had the wrong number but when I got there I dialed and the phone was ringing yet no one took the time Not good business
