Went to several employees looking for help in the appliances section. After waiting 15 minutes no one came so I loaded a washer all by myself onto a dolly and proceeded to check out. I checked out at self service station where the cashier asked about how everything was. I told her I had to load the washer myself and no one helped me. She asked if I needed help loading it into my car which I responded yes and she said she would radio someone to help load. I got my car and put it in the loading dock and waited for a little while then went inside to inquire about the help I was promised. She acted like it was the first time she saw me and I had to remind her about the help I needed. She called someone on the radio and I went outside and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. I was just about to go back in after waiting a total of 15 minutes and return the thing when an employee finally came out and said sorry my radio died. He said usually there are 3 people that are needed to load something this heavy but it was only him today. I remarked maybe we need to get the store manager out here then to make it easier on us. He dismissed the comment and we put the washer in the car. All in all not the best service I have had, but in would attribute it to not having the required staffing levels. 6pm to 6:45pm on a Monday.

I have never left a store so offended! My husband and I were in the store yesterday to purchase flooring materials and some paint. After we grabbed our flooring we chose our paint color and base. At the counter we were met by a overly confident employee who proceeded to argue with my husband about our paint choice. My husband knew 100% what paint we needed but the employee said "I find that hard to believe, you should just come back tomorrow." After basically calling my husband a liar, he continued to talk down to us and basically refused to mix our paint. Annoyed, we gave up. While walking to checkout another employee saw our load of materials and approached us saying "oh gee thats a lot of work! Are you sure you can do this?" While I know there are many people who start DIY projects not knowing what they are up for, I find it very offense to assume we do not. This is not our first time doing any of this.... will not do business here ever again.

Great service in all respects. Dont know why these others had problems. Maybe thats because they were quite a while ago. I have carefully shopped for thousands of dollars of patio, lawn, and general remodeling items. After careful research, I purchased all but 1 of the items at this Home Depot? Why? Because their staff was extremely helpful without being pushy. They even helped me order an "online only" item. In my many trips there for smaller items (shelving, screws, lighting, lawn chemicals, etc.), if I stood in one spot looking lost or confused, an orange apron would ask if he/she could help me, often making suggestions that saved me considerable money. Management here seems to be stressing "customer service" and it shows. This store should be a model for others. Oh, prices? Check for yourself. You will be pleased. And, if you need a heavy appliance, ask for Roger.

This store needs help with instructing its male employees on helping customers with loading heavy things in to their vehicles. What I encountered today was rude and everything else went wrong. Could not get any man in that store who could load 4 fence post and 8 bags of cement. It took getting rude with them myself to get help. One man particularly named Randy approached me and when I mentioned loading cement he walked away like I didnt exist. The he makes a comment if I have a complaint I can take it somewhere else. So here I am with my complaint and it doesnt stop here. I will not go to this store again. The employees are useless. Oh they also had the wrong price on the cement in the computer. So they made a lot of money today on a lot of people.

one of the very bad experience I had in my life with home depot. Worst customer care support. Very bad manager I have never seen at any store. I returned an item at store and I didnt received my money for what I returned. The staff said that money will be credited back to my gift card. I checked my gift card balance after two days. The money didnt came. I went to the store and asked about it. The money cannot be given to gift card and said that i need to get merchant gift card. I asked to give it me, they said he cannot give it now. Now I lost my money. These people are stealing money from us with out our notice. How do I get back my money ? I wasted lot of time on this.

I found this store to be very helpful and staffed with knowledgeable Associates. I recently purchased all the materials needed to rehab a rental unit and everyone from each department worked together to make sure I bought the correct items. The Pro Desk and Customer Services Desk made sure the items were priced correctly and Flooring, Paint, Appliance and Plumbing Depts did a super job helping me gather all the needed items that would normally be easy to forget or overlook. The rehab went great and I had 99% of everything needed to get the job DONE! Way to go Frisco Home Depot.

Great experience I may say in a while! I was wondering around looking for some wood glue and other various little things I needed in order for my project. As I was lost the cashier whose name was Leslie R. Couldnt quite catch the last name. She took her time to come and help me. She was very friendly! She mentioned shes not a veteran like the other employees but she knew where everything is which surprised me seeing its a big store. If there was a rating higher then 5 I wouldve chosen it. Thank you Leslie for your excellent service!!

Service desk staff rude in returns, especially the dark haired young lady with glasses who came up during my attempt to return product. She had an attitude and told me I had to take it back to the store location I got it from with no tact. One of the other ladies asked if I needed help loading it back in my car, which was the pile thing to do, but the dark haired girl didnt offer any assistance and referred to me as"she" the whole time they were discussing what to do with it, like I wasnt standing there.

Purchased Dishwasher and asked for everything I need to get installed. Installer arrived 2 weeks later. Missing a part. Drove here to get part, they dont have it. Need to wait another 2 weeks for install, Decided to return it, was told I need to wait until appliance person returns. Waited, once they returned, they sent me back to customer service. Nothing but a big runaround, no one seems to know what they are doing. No one seems to care. Poor mgmt, Corp should be ashamed of this store.

Avoid this store at all cost... Especially if in a hurry, looking for assistance or want something in particular. Not only is the store small, there is no tool rental department. If you want a traffic jamb, go there early and watch them pull stuff down from the over head... We spend allot if money with the depot, I live close to this location, yet I drive to 527.. north Plano. To get the service and overall satisfaction I require. See Ron at the pro desk!
