I bought an 8750 watt generator from Harbor Freight for my food truck - I was having trouble getting it started and had asked several people for help and we were unsuccessful. We put over the recommended amount of oil and it was full of gas. I called Harbor Freight and asked if I could come up there so they could look at it. The manager, Santiago came out and spent 15 minutes with me and got it started! Super nice and helpful!! Great customer service

As a gearhead HF is the store I hate to admit I love, but when you need a wrench youre going to bend & cut to get that hard to reach bolt this is the spot. Is it cheap Chinese kit of dodgy quality, absolutely, use at your own peril, avoid power tools, and pretty much anything with moving parts other than the ball-bearing equipped toolboxes.

Great prices on good-enough tools and, well, tons of other things—some hardware related and some not. Make sure to bring a 20% if youre buying anything pricey. And save the receipt!
