I lost my bank card because it had a date on it that matches the day my mother died and that of another semi-famous* person. Jackie Lacey of Los Angeles was upset with me having this card that she engineered this venue to cause all bank cards in America be replaced. Then they gave me another bank card that was very much different from the design I originally had. This is hatemail. Thats showing off - telling humongous lies that affects millions of people when only one person is the target.. Then a sister of hers added a worthless feature called the chip card. I could write a check, get it approved and catch a bus faster than those things finish computing. Besides I think clown is sending me vulgar hatemail. What bank would invest in this slow moving turtle thing? This aside, great store, reasonable prices, usually helpful employees, lots of parking, and a houseplantt/landscapers supply haven. * Hes very well known in Los Angeles County.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They forced me to buy ALL the peripherals - water line, dryer vent, etc - even though I had those already. Then, the delivery people would not connect my washer and dryer because I couldnt turn the water off. No one told me the water needed to be turned off. I assumed the delivery guys would have the expertise and tools to do it. But no, they wouldnt touch it. So I called Home Depot on Coit. I was given the same "not my problem" speech. They said I needed to call a plumber. So now I have a washer and dryer sitting in my living room, and a plumber bill on top of all the other nonsense. Plus, they told me to have the delivery people return might be an additional charge, even though I already paid for delivery and haul away! This Home Depot is horrible.

I am writing to compliment the services of Vicki Marcuse and Martin Arce. Roughly four months ago I had a large number of galvanized pipes cut and threaded for a project at another Home Depot location, but unfortunately the threading was done incorrectly and the pipes could not fit into the connecting pieces. Vicki and Martin took the pipes and rethreaded them into usable pieces. I know they put in a lot of hard work, and I was very happy and impressed with their willingness. Ive had a number of good experiences at multiple Home Depots, and thats the reason Im a customer even through theres a Lowes closer to my house. I especially want to laud the work of Vicki. She managed the project and was extremely sweet. She even went over why the pipes were threaded improperly with me. She was a cool lady.

Totally lost respect for this location. They charged my card for 250 for no reason Ive been dealing with it 3 days now still no viable resolution. Spent an hour in store today where one manager agreed with me and was nice the other kept interrupting me and being very rude. The employee in question first said it wasnt his problem only to later admit guilt when I caught him red handed! Store manager was on phone but refused to speak to me bc he was on his "personal time". I even had previously called corporate who admitted complete fault and told me to go up to the store. And caught cashiers red handed riding under each others names while the other were at lunch which is totally illegal! But acted like its no big deal....yes it is! Bc now I had the wrong employee instead of the right one who messed up!

Out of all of the other locations in the Dallas Area, this location looks to have seen better days! I understand the construction for the New LBJ expressway is killing its accessibility. However, from the parking lot to the back of the store the facility just looks tired. The dust is so heavy it makes it hard to breath, I know this location is attached to their division office and they use the facility for training, but maybe it is time to turn this location into a distribution center for the other Newer facility. Lets hope there are plans to build a new Home Depot nearby to replace this one..it is a long time overdue.

If there were a way to give 10 stars I would. I ABSOLUTELY HATED HOME DEPOT UNTIL THIS STORES MANAGER SHOWED ME WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. The staff at this store is absolutely knowledgable,approachable and more willing to help than Ive ever seen at any store. Product is a little limited(parking lot packed most days,wonder why) Order online there and ready when promised. Cheerful upbeat associates jam up lumber dudes. And the loaders actually get offended if you try to load your own material. SIMPLY AWESOME GOOD JOB ORANGE! BLUE SUCKS!

HORRIBLE service, one very METHODICAL thus SLOW older man at the HELP YOURSELF lanes. He was helping one person oblivious to the other 3 people waiting for help. I saw another lane way down the line for contractors only. Even when I left my goods by his side and left the store, he did not even notice it. The MANAGER should be fired for putting customers in such position. NEVER AGAIN.

The difference of this store is the staff.The customer service and attention to detail cannot be found at other Home Depot, Starting in the window and door dept. Davis ,Buddy, the others I forget the names but I will put them in in my next review. Your people are awsome without exception

I bought over $2000 in material and been here for 2 hrs and this guys cant load my material. I talked to the manager 30mins ago and I dont see nothing happened. I guess I going to camp out here tonight until the load my material ..... money and time are very important in business ....

Great customer service, i could find anything i am looking for but I spacially rate this location 5 stars because here is where you can find the best fresh made HOT-DOGS you can eat at the entre of Home Depot. Lol

Customer service is good, associates and managers try to help, but the husky products that home depot endorses are made with bottom of the barrel materials and poor warranties. I lost $1000 on one of their units.

Dont expect help from the flooring department on a Saturday if he is cutting vinyl flooring. Waited an hour then just left. He never came over to check and see what we needed between cuts or anything.

They are somewhat helpful but I guess thats how it is at most Home Depots. The paint guy helped us out eventually after badgering him and the rest of the staff was okay

First impressions are lasting ones. The parking lot is absolutely HORRIBLE. My truck is midsize and I had to move back and forth several times just to get in a spot.

I dont know why a lot say this store has poor customer service, honestly the employees here have always been very nice and helpful here. I love this store.
