When FM was having flooding the other hardware stores had a no-return policy for all flood related items, where Home Depot had extended hours, open return policy for all flood items, and they stocked pallets of extra flood items so they were the only place in town guarenteed not to run out. They react to the local situation extremely well with good policies and extra staff when needed. Prices are a tish higher than other places in some cases but theyve earned my business hands down.

Told teller to cancel the transaction since there was a wrong price amount on a product and I wanted it double checked, she proceeded to continue transaction and it still charged me, best part is she tossed the receipt after it printed before I got a chance to look at to confirm it canceled, so not only did I purchase the things I wanted, but now I got charged 3x as much on products that dont exist

Zach was extremely helpful in choosing a cordless circular saw and even finagled a discount for me since the battery and charger were each sold separately. Julie was charming and personable at the register, rounding off a rewarding experience at a home improvement store. Too often its an easter egg hunt looking for an associate but not today.

I now see why people complain when anything has to be delivered and/installed. My first delivery/install was last week and Im STILL dealing with the crap. Product arrived damaged and they only halfway installed it. Really put off with ordering anything directly from the store again.

Has a better selection of brand name power tools than Lowes does. Lumber is far better than Menards lumber. They have a very intelligent countertop/cabinetry crew. For kitchen appliances I found Best Buy being a better deal. All in all, Home Depot is my #1 go to store.

Theres a little different selection than Menards which is a plus. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Home Depot will never be my go-to DIY store, but it is a good second choice.

Was immediately helped walking in the door. Our greeter asked what we were looking for, and gave us the isles to check. Sure enough she was spot on and I found what I was looking for.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff in most areas, always willing to help answer questions or fund something for you. There are exceptions but on whole, very happy.

Its home Depot. I prefer Menards, but they didnt have a specific tool I needed.
