Quality equipment, low prices: Rather than creating their own "perceived brand value" out of thin air like some national chains, Ace already has a quality brand and carries other brands like Echo , Craftsman, and many others. I go to this Ace first before any big-box store. The store is smaller than a big-box store and easy to navigate. Though the general workforce is young, most are college students with a great deal of knowledge. More than one of the employees has outdoor gardening and work experience. The are friendly and helpful.

Love Ace Hardware! Super friendly and helpful employees plus they have many items not found at Lowes or Home Depot. Its truly like a friendly neighborhood hardware store. Prices are good and I like giving business to a smaller chain store. Sadly my local Ace store closed but Im happy to travel a little further to come here. I hope they stay in business. I will do all I can to help make that happen.

This is the community hardware store Ive always hoped would come into our neighborhood. Havent had to go to Home Depot for over a year now. JJ, Greg and rest of the Ace ownership and staff have become great friends and there doesnt seem to be a problem they cant help solve. Thank you guys for providing such a great customer experience. Awful. My dad bought a lawnmower and as soon as he brought it home it suddenly quit and wouldnt start back up. He tried to take it back to see what was wrong the next day and they wouldnt help him or even let him return their crappy product. I will never shop here again.

Yesterday, we went to find a part for our bathroom, they didnt have it, they called a competitor to make sure they had, we left sitting at Coit about to pull out, and here runs Dwayne, runs up to the car with the part in his hand. WOW! Best customer service ever!
