Still waiting 5 days later and no chainsaw chains sharpened. They could care less about my business. Updated- Day 8 and still no chains. Called yesterday and told me they taking the chains to their other store to be sharpened. Still no call. According to the store manager, it only takes 5 minutes to sharpen a chain. Update- Day 9 work day over, no call about chains. So i call because i wont be near Annaville all weekend(live in Flour Bluff) to see if anything had been done. Sure enough, after a bit , the woman on the phone was all proud to tell me my (2) chains were sharpened finally. 2?????? I dropped off 3!!!! Even wrote the sizes on the paperwork. So they lost one of my 25in chains. Said they would call me when they found it. What a nightmare.

Only gave it 1 star because it wouldnt let me leave the stars blank! However, BEWARE of this place!!! Took my vehicle there to see why it was having trouble when starting and they "diagnosed" the problem and charged me $100. estimated cost would be $800 to fix. I am so glad that I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion elsewhere, as what they told me was completely WRONG!!! It wasnt even close to what they said was the problem! Got vehicle fixed for less than $50. Thankfully, I dodged that scam!!! Will never ever go here again!!! Be careful what "mechanics" you trust!!!

Can be a bit pricey. But the advice & wisdom of the employees is worth it. They always have a solution to ur problem without going thru half a dozen people.
