We bought a beach house here in Port Aransas and we needed to rekey all the locks. My husband went in at 10am this morning to buy all new locks for our house. He paid extra and left them there, so Ace Hardware could rekey them. He was told they would be ready for pick up at 1:30pm this afternoon. He went to go pick them up and the manager on duty told him to come back because they wont be ready until 3pm this afternoon. My husband went back at 3pm to be told by the manager on duty, they had NOT rekeyed them, that he could do it himself. We live 4 hours from Port Aransas and we wasted our whole day because of an incompetent manager. We will never shop at this store again!!!!!!
