Awkward customer service. Young inexperienced employees that knows nothing about anything but always asking if you like help. Only thing theyre good for is showing you where item is located. Its very uncomfortable shopping there. Some items are returned items thats been placed back on the shelf, with missing pieces/parts. So pay close attention before you purchase bc they make you feel awkward when you have to return it. They will help you but its just a weird feeling shopping in there.

EVERY time I have gone to this store to look for something, the hose section has been a jumble of mostly empty spools, with nothing where it should be. The little bins that hold the smaller screws, springs, and other types of fasteners and hardware are always in that same condition, with everything in disarray. The only good point is the staff, they are very friendly.

This is a small hardware store, so they might not have everything you are looking for but the service is really good. There are some teenagers that usually run the register but the people who work the floor are very knowledgeable and helpful. I try to go here if I can help it. Its local and friendly.

I went in for a mail box lock and key when i needed a replacement, and i walked in they asked how they could help, I said locks and keys she said isle 8, I am very short and could not see them , so i asked a man walking by he stopped what he was doing, and showed me right away, Most def, reccomending
