Been loyal to Home Depot for years and have used them for most of my home needs, to a tone of having never gone to a Lowes, but that wont ever happen again!! Bought $4,000.00 in appliances and after a few weeks waiting to have them install the equipment their "outside installers" showed up at my house and told us that he could not install the dishwasher that showed up first because we had copper lines instead of the light duty compression line. He then walked out to his truck after being very rude and left without telling us he was leaving. At that point we started the process of "going threw the proper channels" as they requested when we called the very kind gentleman who helped us with the original point of sale. We contacted the manager TIM and he said he was sorry and would get back to us and that the installers are outside contractors and that they did not have any way to do anything about it, but that he knew us and would do what he could to resolve this in a timely fashion. I find that ridiculous that a company like HOME DEPOT sends people to our house to install their equipment and they cannot do anything to help out a customer that spent 4,000 on their appliances. The manager TIM did not get back to us at all and we finally cancelled the entire order due to the lack of interest in taking care of their customers and also cut up my cards with them that has a $15000.00 limit. Due to the lack of interest in taking care of us and insulting us we will NEVER do business with Home Depot again. They were insulting and in my opinion failed miserably to take care of a very loyal EX customer. WAY TO GO TIM!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEEDS AN APPLIANCE GO TO SEARS AS THEY GOT US TAKEN CARE OF WITH VERY COURTEOUS SERVICE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND AN EXCEPTIONAL INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE!!

Right up front, go to the Home Depot in Lewisville. Its close and much better. I have yet to have a good experience at this location. Just moved into the area and this one is about 3 minutes closer so Ive tried this one a few times and always left upset at wasting my time. First time I called ahead and spoke about renting an angle grinder. I drove to the store only to find out that the girl who answered the phone had no idea that there isnt even a tool rental center at this location. Second time I walked in I went to the garden area for help with grass and lawn care. The worker ended up coming off very unknowledgable and referred me out of the home depot to a nursery because home depot couldnt help me. Couldnt help me with advice for grass care... And the 3rd time is right now as I write this review. I needed to rent a truck to carry the grass materials and lawn products I was picking up from the reffered nursery. I called ahead to see if the truck was available, they said yes. I was only about 5 minutes down the road so I gave my name to the woman on the phone and told her I was coming. A short time later, I walk up and she is literally renting out the truck to someone else in front of me. She stated that she wasnt allowed to hold a truck for anyone, that its first come first serve and the manager I guess who was next to her agreed. So why did she ask for a name and a timeframe over the phone? Will never use this location again, the store looks nice and has the products but the people employed here are exact opposites of who I want to interact with at my home improvement location.

Ive shopped at several locations of HD and Lowes in the area, but this is now the only store I shop. You can quickly tell it is very well managed by people who care. Every part of every aisle is clean, neat, properly signed and organized. I always receive helpful plumbing and electrical advice. In the other departments I am almost always asked if I need assistance. You can tell the manager knows her business and it shows in the pride the associates have in the store.

Terrible service from everyone we talked to. We waited around for 30 minutes and everyone we tried to talk to was rude and unhelpful. Even though they supposedly had the item we needed, we ended up not being able to make a purchase because they didnt want to locate the item in their store and directed us to a different location. We will bever be going back here.

By far one of the worst home depots Ive been to. Horrible customer service. They wont price match, even though their policy says they will. I have chosen to drive an extra 3 miles and shop at Lowes. It would be great if this home depot would change management at this store... Or at the very least hire a trainable staff.

Store is managed well. No cell service at all inside store (dead zone) but they provide free wifi. The brand selection for smaller products such as outdoor lighting needs some attention. One or two brands which are rated low on any online site pushes me to shop online.
