I stop at this store 2-3x per week and sometimes daily so I know both the good and the bad. Overall this is a great store but has some serious deficiencies. Know their strengths and weaknesses before you go and youll have a better experience. Pros With dozens of employees on the floor, cashiers, office personnel and management, youre going to find a bad egg once in a while. Mostly though, they have the nicest group of employees youll meet. If you chance on a bad one, just look for a different one and the next one will be great. A LOT of knowledge walking around this store: Jimmy in Paint (35 yrs experience), Joe in Hardware, Barbara is former plumber and head of Plumbing dept, Commie - 20 yrs as former bricklayer but master of everything roves all department (married to Barbara in Plumbing). Puffo and David are real helpful in lumber, as well as Joan in Lawn and Garden. Andrew is on the Pro desk and Home Depot is so lucky (meaning customers) to have him. Management is fantastic: Joe, Jeff, Larry and Patty. They bend over backwards to help customers. Some standout cashiers are Rose (Pro desk), Sherry and a casher head, Meagan, is so helpful! Cons This is one of the smaller Home Depots so they dont stock as much as any of the other Home Depots in the area. Making matters worse, they constantly run out of items. I found 3 products missing from the shelves today of 5 items I needed. The list of things that are supposed to be here but have not been ordered or stocked grows every week. Horrible. Still, it remains my favorite Home Depot (and closest!)

Most horrible experience ever at Home depot!! Looking for a makita drill, after going to 2 different home depot in Dallas and item was unavailable they printed out address for the home depot in Euless because it showed they had it in stock, well I get up bright and early this Thursday and drive to Euless only to experience the most horrible customer experience ever, and not by 1 but by 3 different employees!!!! So i get to the tool department and there is 2 different gentleman there I ask the first one for assistance and he just blows me off, I go to the next one and he states if you dont see them then they are sold out. Not helping to look period. Thinking we might have better assistance we go to customer servive(What a big mistake this was!!!!!!!!) the lady there was absolutly horrible to us, When I asked her that i was looking for the item cpu code she looked at me like I was stupid and ignorant rolling her eyes at Me yes as horrible as it sounds she acted like we were a big bother to her, at this time I was mad and I called her out telling her that their customer service was horrible and that their bad attitude ran in the family,,, finally another young man that was close by offered to assist us and take over, this time he helped us order at another store that was another 45 minute drive. But at least he was nice enough to try for us. So now we are driving to Burleson to pick up the drill, but will never ever come back to this horrible Euless Store, and hope that they learn customer service skills for the sake of other customers.....

We rented a carpet cleaner from this Home Depot. First we were provided inaccurate information. We were quoted the wrong price. We were charged for the 24 hour price even though we were quoted the 4-Hour price. These staff and management was extremely rude and difficult to work with. We explained that the carpet cleaner did not even get our carpet clean and the response was its not a carpet cleaner its a steamer. Theyve tried to justify that its wirking because it steamed. even though our carpets were not cleaned. We explained that the water was the exact same color when we dumped it as it was when we put it in. They were difficult, and helpful, rude, and ignorant to their own product and how the product should work. Stay away from this Home Depot. Read the reviews and do not deal with this store. I will stop at Lowes from this point on

Theres been two occasions about a month apart where I come to buy tile and they do not have it. The only excuse the same employee gave me was that it was a popular piece and didnt know why they didnt buy more of it. Well it should be obvious if thats your department and youre running low on something you should let your manager know! Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe the employees here. I asked 3 different people for help on sending someone over to me and it took 10 minutes just to get someone to come and give me excuses as to why they dont have the tile. Dont shop here. I have to drive 15 minutes to another Home Depot to buy what I need and theres no excuse other than their incompetence as why I should have to.

I wanted to build a mosquito net but didnt know what to use. I went in the store and asked this guy named James, he is very friendly and suggested me ideas on the materials that I can use to construct a mosquito net. He also helped me cut the frame and all. I think I couldnt have built this mosquito net without his help. Thank you very much James !

I must say this store has an amazing work force but a completely lacking management team, our store manager is a moron who has no idea how to motivate his staff. If you have noticed a decline in the past few years its due to this new manager taking over the store and slowly but surely running it into the ground.

The Worst Service anyone can expect! I bought a Brand New Washer & Dryer set and the sales person completely screwed me on my credit card purchase and two weeks after my purchase they still have not delivered the In stock appliances. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!

The worst customer service, all around talked to four different associates, no help, no knowledge of store layout and products. Waited 15 minutes to get a piece of lumber cut after customer service rep paged them. Im done with home depot

I called up there to be connected with an asocial misanthrope. The customer service representative should never hang up first. I know not everyone there is like that, but somethings wrong with that type of service.

We waited for over 30 minutes to get a piece of wood cut and no one ever showed, even though a manager said she would get someone. Just remember folks, there is a Lowes right down the road.

Never talked to managers that were more stupid. They had no idea what I was talking about and couldnt answer a simple question about a product they carry. Very frustrating!!!!!

Grown adults in customer service act like high school kids. They were very unprofessional when I picked up my online order. Im half their age and It was embarrassing to watch.
