My cashier forgot to ring up one of my items so I had to do a separate transaction. Then, when I got home an item I paid for wasnt in my bag. I called the store to see if it was at the register and they said there was no way to know since cashiers get "bounced" around. I asked if they could pull my item to have and they said no because they didnt want to grab the wrong item. So, I drove back and picked out the item again. Frustrating because it was the cashiers mistake. Then, after working on my project more I realized that I was missing another item I paid for (around $17.50). So, I had to go get that. Basically she didnt give me an entire bag of merchandise. Besides that I had mostly helpful service from several employees on my visits there.

I love Home Depot. I did many projects lately, like buying/installing water heater, unclogging pool backwash drain pipe, installing backwash irrigation system, installing backwash fire-prevention system, replacing Qest main water pipe with Pex pipe, adding a valve to hvac drain pipe, reinforcing the gutter, installing the gutter guard, adding a valve to main water pipe, etc. Many workers (201 Rd To Six Flags West, Arlington, TX, 76011) helped me save me a lot of time and made me become a man who can do any project myself once I have their help. They are Scott(Store manager), James(plumbing), Jim S (plumbing) and David (service desk). Im becoming more and more interested in DIY.

I shop at this Home Depot at least two to four times a month using a corporate card to purchase items for my company. This is the second time that Ive been racially profiled since Ive been shopping at the store. I have complained 2 times to the management and it continues to happen so just be aware if you are African-American and you plan to go to this Home Depot on road to Six Flags and purchase any large items even if its clear that youve paid for them you will be profiled by the people working at the customer service desk and working by the door!!!

The lot attendants Miguel and Jose are the top reasons why I love coming here, theyre always on the lookout for anyone needing help loading materials. On more than one occasion Ive been told by the he pro desk that it would take over an hour to get the forklift to come and help me load Sheetrock, on both occasions I requested some one call Miguel and we took care of it in 15 min. While most employees look for ways to get out of helping you, Jose and Miguel are always willing to pick everyone elses slack.

Went in shortly after 5pm to buy some storage items. These isles were closed, yet no one was in them working. A lady asked what I needed, and I replied storage items, can I go down the isle? She said no I could not, I said bye, and she never gave it a second thought. Ridiculous that they could not offer to get what I needed for me or at least give me a time frame of when the isle would be open again.

As usual, I feel like I need to put on an orange apron when I have to go to Home Depot. The selection of lumber is so poor that I end up culling through an entire lot to find only a few usable pieces. The meticulously sorted stacks are soon piled back into the shelving by some slow-footed HD employee for the next poor joker to have to dig through.

I have had great luck with this Home Depot. I have visited many times for varying projects and have always found someone to offer helpful advice. I visited tonight and was given some great tips for an alternative to constructing a valence box - it saved me time, money, and effort. This location is definitely the best hardware store in Arlington.

I found many items that other home depots in the area do not carry. But I have received rude service many times. I was even told by a customer service rep that he was tired of me coming to the store!!! Come to this location only if you have to, or it is the closest. If it is possible go to another location

Ive spent a lot of money at this store, including a $300 dollar chainsaw yesterday. Today I went in to get a refrigerator water filter and was told by the smartest employee ever that the one I needed wasnt right for me. So I drove down the highway to Lowes and bought the same one for $10 less. Im done.

The cashiers and door greeters are are awesome the paint department lacks help and the Hispanic man that is always there is very rude to customers and employees. Seems like the store needs more workers on the floor that are helpful as well as polite to customers never had this problem at other home depots

I shopped at their garden center and their plants are well taken care of. Other home depots have dried up plants, and even their bulbs are super dry with no growth inside the bags! At this location all the bulbs were in great condition so I bought a peony and some dahlias that were already growing stems.

At Home Depot bought a new GE microwave and Home Depot to install it. Not the best microwave and not the worst. Planning on having it installed as soon as they call me to schedule a date and time. Waiting to see it installed and working, to see if it is a poor, good or great value or not.

Staff was friendly but incompetent. Called ahead to have pockets pulled. When I got there pickets were no where to be found. Not enough out to pull what we needed, so had to wait for forklift to get more down. Lumbar checkout line had one cashier with about 10 customers waiting.

The hot dog staff outside the Home Depot might be better than the appliance stores staff, but the variety is most likely unmatched in Arlington. Sometimes, proximity has to take precedence, and North Arlington is covered by Home Depot!

I went to buy some red oak lumber which has been sold at the North Arlington store forever -- couldnt find it and was told they dont stock it anymore. Ill have to take my business to the competitor in east Ft. Worth.

warehouse store. selection out the wazoo. some employees very smart, others cant help in their respective departments. Prices are almost always cheaper than lowes! (home depot is cheaper I mean)

relatively small HD store, but overall a good store with some (only some) very knowledgeable folks. Better than the Loews down the freeway.
