Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Do NOT purchase any type of kitchen cabinetry at Menards. I must admit, I was warned before my purchase not to buy at Menards. But I liked the style they had set up in the store so we did it anyway. From the very beginning, it was the worst experience ever. The sales people are inexperienced and/or misinformed about their product. At one point I had to ARGUE with the sales person whether the booklet showed pictures first then the descriptions or vice versa. I was correct --- I had spent the previous week scouring the book for exactly what I wanted. He also put in the wrong cabinet style after I explicitly said "I want exactly the style that you have set up right here." Then the quote had many mistakes - wrong sizes or doors opening the wrong way. The manager assured me (three separate times) that one cabinet would fit in a space I didnt think it would. After it was delivered, I found out I was right about that too so we had to exchange it (which cost us about $100 but at that point I didnt care just to get it over with).. Even though we paid for delivery, we had to go pick up the exchange (which I thought they should have delivered also since that is what I paid for). Then when we opened it at home, we discovered that they gave us the same cabinet we returned. So now our remodel is going to be put on hold for another few weeks while we wait for the correct cabinet.

I personally like this Menards more than the Fargo location because of the staff. They actually seem to want you help you find something and are very friendly. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone in to the Fargo one and had to wander around the store to find something for a half hour because the staff wasnt there or didnt want to help. This location has a store that is always clean and it is laid out in a way that makes sense.

Great pricing and selection but the lack of available staff and help is frustrating. Took me almost 20 minutes to get someone to help take down a cabinet I wanted to buy that was on the second level shelves. When I did finally track someone down they had attitude about it. Id rather go to the competitor and pay more and receive better service.

Modest place to work, and has almost everything youd need to survive a zombie apocalypse and just everyday life in general. The Goffa Jumbo Bears sold around Christmas time are great to prank people with by putting one on the forklift or stuffing one in a friends car. Aaron is the man. Hes knows where everything is.

It is always w/anticipation that l visit MENARDDS. I can get repairs, household and good food stuff at Menards at very good prices...then there is the 11% rebate on every little thing during their promotion times! Whats Not to like about MENARDS..........

Moorhead Menards is so much better then Fargo. Not so busy. Shelves are stocked and staff actually has time to help. That being said, their secret is getting out, and its slowly getting busier all the time.

what staff, there is six people unloading freight and five standing around. You ask for help and they just look at you like you are bothering them. Back to HD..you can get help there.
