Went to replace fluorescent bulb. Found a set of two marked at the price of $3.74. Proceeded to checkout when the price rang up as $13.70. Told the clerk that the model number (BR40) was listed at $3.74. Clerk did nothing to double check the price. Finally, I decided to double check. I went to the aisle and sure enough the price was $3.74. Told the clerk that it was the same price. He didnt believe me. I told him Id show him. We walked to the aisle and I showed him the sticker price. Five minutes later and a few angry customers later, we tried to seal the deal. The clerk called the manager for an override. Finally, after taking her sweet time (ten minutes or so), the manager showed up. She looked at the product and said: "no way can these bulbs be this price." She told us to wait. She disappeared. Ten minutes later she phoned the clerk and told him it wasnt the same price. I was awestruck. The clerk wouldnt budge. I waited for another fives minutes for something. Nothing ever came. Finally I just decided to walk to the aisle myself. I looked for the bulbs and sticker price on the shelf that I had originally found them. To my surprise, the bulbs were completely GONE. I pointed to the sticker price and told her they were right here. The manager rudely told me that: "G.E. and Philips are different brands." I then pointed out the product number BR40. She ignored it. I then asked her why she supported false advertisement. She said nothing. After waiting another five minutes for her to reply (all the while chatting on her talkie and ignoring me) I simply told her I was taking my business to Lowes. She said nothing. I found the same bulb at Lowes for cheaper. It troubles me that this manager would go through the effort of removing an entire shelf of bulbs to avoid an apology to a customer. She wouldnt even return to the checkout where my wife was to tell her. I had to go back and forth between the store because apparently, nobody cares. Take your business to Lowes. The manager was rude and demeaning, not to mention a simple five minute replacement trip took a painstakingly 35 minutes and I didnt even end up with the product I wanted. No apologies. False advertising. Zero customer service.

This store is terrible. Customer service is non existent. Store manager can only offer apology to try make you feel ok but will not address any issues. Ordered a glass sliding door. They tell you delivery time 7 to 10 business day. So when you call after 10 days they tell you this is never the case always 3 weeks plus. Best part is when the item eventually comes in they do not call you, you have to go there because it is impossible to get through on the phone. BUT even more amazing the door that I ordered and went over the measurements with the sales person was wrong. was supposed to be 96 inches tall well how about 96 inches wide. Get told sorry but we will have to order a new one. DELIVERY TIME was told 2 weeks we shall see as according to the manager no chance in 2 weeks. Will never recommend this store or any other home depot to anyone. Home Depot has no idea how to treat customers

I experience the WORST experience at this store location. Customer service representatives are friendly and attempt to help but no one is on the same page here. My husband and I needed to call in to figure out the status of our blinds order over 10 times. Issue is still going on. This was a relatively small order. It has been almost three months and still no blinds. Order came in once and was incorrect despite us paying extra to have people measure it. UNACCEPTABLE. We are now still waiting on the corrections to come in. I was told this correction would be expidited. Its been over a month and I am still waiting. Horrible horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed. I will not be shoppping here ever again. I will also make sure to tell all neighbors and friends to stay clear of here.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They forced me to buy ALL the peripherals - water line, dryer vent, etc - even though I had those already. Then, the delivery people would not connect my washer and dryer because I couldnt turn the water off. No one told me the water needed to be turned off. I assumed the delivery guys would have the expertise and tools to do it. But no, they wouldnt touch it. So I called Home Depot on Coit. I was given the same "not my problem" speech. They said I needed to call a plumber. So now I have a washer and dryer sitting in my living room, and a plumber bill on top of all the other nonsense. This Home Depot is horrible.

I have been at the Home Depot in Richardson several times to purchase "stuff" for my yard....their customer service needs to be revamp. In several occasions I have requested assistance to load my vehicle and the assistant never showed up even though I see them cruising in the parking lot doing nothing...... I went to the Home Depot in Jupiter/Buckingham and as soon as I was leaving the garden area one of the staff asked me if we needed assistance, we said yes and within minutes a young man came running to help us....BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!! from now on I will take my business and money to this tore instead of the one in Richardson.....

Been going here for years and for some reason went last Saturday and there were only self checkout lines open.. On a Saturday afternoon are you kidding me. I asked some employee lady there why there wasnt any "regular" checkout lanes open and she looked at me like I was crazy. Clearly she didnt want to engage in conversation so I asked her again. She said they dont have any checkout people available at the moment. This is at 3pm on Saturday afternoon mind you. Unreal. There are a few very helpful people here and theyre the reason I keep coming back. This concerns me about the long term outlook of this particular Home Depot.

Terrible! The place is decently stocked but the people (or lack thereof) at the check out is the worst Ive encountered in a while. There was nobody at the check out lane, but there were two ladies jabbering in the self-check out isle. I went there, pressed the "call attendant" button so I could use my veterans discount, but they didnt budge. They just kept talking among themselves. While in the self-check out, another employee yelled across the check out isle. "YOULL HAVE TO USE THE SELF CHECK OUT! I DONT KNOW WHERE SHE WENT" and he obviously didnt care. I wont be going back and wont be recommending anyone go there.

The laziest people you can find. For two hours i have been asking them to unload my truck and they have denied to do so claiming they wait on other trucks. For the two hours we have been on and off the phone, no other truck came, and my truck could have been easily unloaded in that time. They left my truck to stay till the next day. Thank you guys, a really good job you did!
