This place is such a refreshing option when you live a city known for its big-box stores. Ive come in for some pretty obscure stuff, and theyve always had something that worked. The employees are very knowledgeable and almost TOO helpful! If you walk from one end of the store to the other, I guarantee youll get at least four "can I help you?"

Every time that I have visited this store...about 3 times per month, the staff is courteous and quite helpful. Doesnt carry the big stuff of a big box store, but has a much broader range of all the little bits. I pass Lowes and Home Depot toget there.

Very good customer service. While they dont have the selection of the big box stores, it is surprising how much inventory they do have in such a small store. The benefit is also not having to walk such a long ways when in the store.
