Purchased a new appliance from Sianos and it was installed about one month ago. Installer and I noted that unit was dented prior to install and we notified company and requested replacement part. TWO WEEKS LATER after many calls to Sianos personnel, a rep came to our house to verify that the unit was dented. He was not even told why he was there and asked me what I had purchased. His notes said: "Check Unit" I called Sianos and they assured me replacement part would be ordered. TWO WEEKS LATER: I called inquiring status on part: Backorder. No one had bothered to call and tell us. Were now being told that replacement part SHOULD arrive in 3 WEEKS. Owner Zach says he wont refund us for the unit despite all the issues and lack of communication on his companys part. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I paid a lot of money for a new stove and downdraft. The drowndraft was broken when it arrived. Siano said no problem they would fix it. I asked for a replacement. They refused. I had to wait at home for the repairman on two separate afternoons. I asked for partial reimbursement. Siano refused. I would never use these people again. They do not stand behind their very expensive products, said it is not their issue. Told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Go anywhere else, unless you have money to burn.

Avoid Siano. Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a refrigerator and was told delivery within 10 days to two weeks. And if for some reason it was back order, they would let me know immediately. And of course they charged my credit card immediately. After two weeks I learn it was on back order the whole time with no near term availability. They dont communicate and they dont follow up. You can surely do better elsewhere.
