Untrustworthy. Last fall, I purchased what I was assured by the woman in the store would be a sturdy, long-lasting washer. After only a few loads of regular laundry (no packing it in or using lots of water) the thing grinds to a halt with a burning smell. Then refuses to turn on. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Im thinking, no harm no foul. This is a Christian store (as they proclaim), Im sure theyll give me a refund or fix it. So I go into the store for my refund/or repair. Instead of getting my money back, they push me towards a replacement that costs LESS then the one I originally paid for AND has FEWER settings. After explaining to the sales woman (same one as before) that this does not qualify as a suitable replacement, she tells me that I probably broke my last washer by using it wrong. I DID TWO LOADS. And she tells me that I dont need that many settings anyway. WHAT? So, I counter by saying that I want to speak to the person in charge of repairing their machines. Im told by the companys repair man that the original washer I was sold was a terrible model. (study and long-lasting, my ass) and it costs more than its worth to fix it. THERES the RUB. It costs THEM more to fix it. So of course theyd rather save money and push something cheaper on me instead. So a half-hour of discussion and frustration yields me a machine that is comparable in both price and features to my last one (because I still am unable to get my money back). Its just my luck that this one died after the 90 day warranty. So now Im out of a washer and quite a bit of money. Dont make my mistake. Avoid this place at all costs. NOT WORTH IT.

On Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015 I came in to purchase a refridgerator that was about 32". Crissy was very helpful, and we made a cash deal. I was selling a house, and the refridgerator went out, so I found out Tuesday afternoon that the refridgerator had to be close to what the buyer had seen. Brody, Chris & Crissy went over and above normal customer service to try and find the refrigerator I needed. After almost a whole day of looking there wasnt any of that size. Brody was kind enough to reimburse me for the cash purchase minus a re-stocking fee, which is totally normal. I would highly recommend purchasing from DT Used Appliances. I will definitely be telling more of my friends and family to get the word out about such a wonderful company full of integrity.

An extremely disappointing experience. While the store clerk couldnt have been nicer upon purchasing a washer and dryer, the both appliances were total lemons. The washer flooded my house 3 times. In addition, the machine wouldnt let cold water through...Add to my list of expenses a plumber to tell me it was the machine and not my water supply...Icing on the cake is no refunds and while DTs has a wonderful service policy why on earth would I trust them to fix this when they sold it to me in such terrible shape? Overall Id say that you get what you pay for...BUYER BEWARE...

Excellent place to buy Nice, used, clean and affordable appliances that will last. The two girls helpful, nice and not pushy. Easy transaction. Delivery was perfect he hooked em up and tested them. Have had them for 4 months now and not one single issue. I got mine through the Acima Credit which is great bc they have the 90 day pay off and all but $3 of my payment went to the actual 90 day payoff. I will definitely buy and future appliances for here. Not one single complaint!!!!

Crissy was absolutely wonderful and helped us pick out the perfect appliance for our situation. The grammatically challenged warranty and agreement document is a little unnerving because they specifically except themselves from "dirt, scratches, water, fire..." that occur during delivery. Expecting perfection or a 100% incident free delivery is an exercise in futility. However, for a used appliance store our experience was great for a last minute appliance need.

We just sold our home and downsized to a condo. Went to Dts to look for a scratch and dent refrigerator. Sales girl handed me a measuring tape luckily i had wrote our measurements down. We Looked up the refrigerator on Lowes website it was there for $2400, best buy had it for $2200 and got it for $1100 with taxes and delivery! Best deal EVER! We will definitely be back to buy a washer and dryer set!

Awesome used appliance store. Been buying from them for a couple years now and never had any complaints. They offer very reliable and good condition appliances at a price that cant be beat. If you plan on stopping by make sure to ask for crissy, shes amazing! She will hook you up with all that you need.

We have had our washer and dryer for almost two years, and theyre still working great! The prices are definitely reasonable, too. Plus, theres a 90 day warranty if anything messes up in the first few months. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Sure can tell who is real and who isnt! Real ones only have 1 review when you click on their ID, the paid ones has multiple reviews on everything. Long lists. Really scary for us who really want to know what kind of service that they really have.
