If you ever listen to ONE review you see on here, please, listen to mine. I do NOT want ANYONE to ever have to go through the experience I have had the misfortune of experiencing this past week. After three attempted deliveries, damaged appliances, missing appliances, taking a morning off work for delivery, and too many phone calls to out of the country call centers, I still dont have my w/d I bought a week ago and was ensured would be delivered three days later. I am not exaggerating when I say this has been the WORST buying experience Ive ever had. Those working at this store direct you to call an 800 number; that 800 number directs you to call a DIFFERENT 800 number; those on the receiving end say they placed a reorder for you since your appliances were damaged upon arrival, only to find out they didnt and you have to call the 800 number back...again. May I also mention I was told my w/d would be delivered on Wednesday when I purchased in the store...then it magically didnt show up because of low warehouse supply, though I was never informed it wouldnt be here that day. Waited at home and everything for the time frame they called with the night before. This experience has ruined Sears for me for life. I am ashamed I have spent a dime at this place. Never again. UPDATE: A final attempt was made by Sears to deliver my w/d this past weekend and they showed up with only 1 unit, missing the washer. I refused and am now (not surprisingly) fighting to get my money back. Store manager assured me the order was canceled, and my refund was on its way but I received a delivery confirmation email last night. This morning I called the store and they directed me (again, not surprisingly) to a brand new number Ive never had before...supposedly its the local delivery hub? They told me customer service would call me back to confirm the delivery was canceled. So far, nothing. I know I said it before but this is literally unbelievable. I cannot believe this company is in business still.

Let me start by saying I have always loved Sears. My parents bought things there because of their customer service. Recently my husband and I purchased 3000.00 washer and dryer. It has been a nightmare since. First they wanted to deliver it At a time we told them we would not be available. I called delivery and basically was told off literally yelled at by some foreigner. Then they called prior to delivery and only had one pedastal. We refused it. They rescheduled it a week later. When they came to deliver it the next round, they were 1.5 hours late. Showed up without even calling first. They had no tools to install my 3000.00 washer and dryer. Borrowed my husbands and "made do" with those. Finally got it installed and after they left it began to alarm " no flow". No water going to it. Called the manager Darrell back as I had spoken to him several times about this fiasco and he gave my call to someone in the store to walk me through checking if. Well I cant even move the washer. Little lone trouble shoot it. Was told it would be a week before a technician could come back !!!! Absolutely the WORST experience of my adult life buying something. I beg you DO NOT buy anything here !!!!! Absolutely the worst. We have the expensive warranty but Im sure if its anything like this experience it wont be with the paper its written on !!!!!! Buy anywhere but here !!!!! So sad there is no customer service in this country anymore. They take your money and your on your own.

WARNING THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE HAS VERY BAD SERVICE AND RACIST MANAGER KELLY. my mother was in the store yesturday afternoon was runged up by an older lady who typed in the wrong amount of cash that my mom gave her note it was a 100.00 bill and gave her exact change well the lady put in 1000.00 and she got confused freaked out called manager kelly. Kelly steps in with an horrible attitude like if she seemed to already be mad(cameras can prove the attitude) to help out. Well kelly canceled the whole transaction rung up my mother gave her 5$ and said there you go now get out. My mom has a very strong accent so english isnt 100% but she asked hey i need my new recipt because this time the total was different. Kelly refused to give her the receipt anf again said juat leave already (also can prove on camera) so my mom calls me im at work so she decides to leave. STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM CORPORATE.

To be fair I am rating sears and the experience more than the store. We went to buy a fridge and have it delivered. The first fridge was damaged, so we didnt accept it. It took forever and the store manager to get a new fridge sent out. The delivery people finally delivered it, but "didnt have room to take our old fridge" (even though it was part of the order and we paid for them to take it). They said they would come back, 2 days later we finally put it on craigslist and got rid of it. The only shinning light is the store manager and store salesman we worked with helped us. Sears as a company however lost me as a future customer.

Not ALWAYS 5-star, but they continue to suit my needs for lawn & garden & tools, especially when related to Craftsman products I already own. Very understaffed and shelves are not well stocked in some areas, but Ive come to accept that this isnt my Fathers Sears corporation any longer. As long as I have an appointment with automotive, I never have any problem with excessive wait time or the service performed or the price charged. Better deals with my Sears credit card, website coupons and shop-my-way points. Also had great eye exam and good deal on contacts

I want to give Annette a huge shoutout. She helped me so much at Merchandise Pickup with my table I had to return that was broken. I was able to get a new table and put it together myself and she was so helpful and everyone was so nice and helped me find a replacement table. It meant a lot to me especially because Im going through a rough time and I even earned $50 in rewards points and was able to finally get a vacuum. Thank you guys so much for cheering me up!!
