I just bought a microwave (through the wall) from Kleckners and it was a relief to shop here as the people KNOW about the appliances unlike the big box stores where four salespeople together didnt know anything about microwave features or usage ! I had a problem 3 months after purchase and they were going to send a man here within 5 days of my call but I found how to circumvent the problem with the sensor cooking. Kleckners prices came out better than the big appliance/electronic stores AND they have great service. I have sent family to buy their appliances to Kleckners and will be back (hope not soon) for any other appliance that needs replaced!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. They told us our washer could not be fixed and we needed to purchase a new one after charging us $96 for coming to the house, said they will credit us that amount if we purchase the washer from them. We ended up fixing it ourselves, and when calling to speak to the owner, he was extremely rude and even threatened to "have his people come after me." I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. You will receive better customer service by going to Sears or Lowes. They are just money hungry and could care less about their customers.

I buy all my appliances here! These people know what theyre selling, and are very helpful. Unlike the big box stores, they will install what you purchase and do it properly. The people who do the deliveries and the installations work for Kleckner! They service what they sell. Their prices are equal to the big stores. Theyve been in this area for a long, long time because they treat their customers properly!
