I wanted to buy a bike helmet for my son in the store and saw the Kmart online price was $10 cheaper. They would not match their online price so I went to customer service explaining the issue. They were very rude and would not help. I said I would place the order online for in store pickup right then from my phone. I was told it takes 2 hours to process even though I was standing right there with the helmet. Ended up leaving and wont be returning. Very poor customer service.

Friendly staff, considering I stole three or four of them to have my truck unloaded, leaving the floor short handed. They had several pairs of my fat guy jeans on sale, so I stocked up. Sad thing about the fall of kmart. The electronics section appears to have been largely forsaken by the staff. The DVD selection is decent, but new releases are mixed with bargain basement junk, and all you see are the spines. Its like being at the library, but without the card catalog.

Stopped in yesterday. They are canning more people all the time to save money . Everyone knows that it is just a matter of time before Sears and k Mart close for good . Now all that is left is frustrated employees , very few employees , no help available and rookies that dont care at all . Very sad . I used to work there part time . Thank God I left and went elsewhere .

What can you say about kmart anymore theyre falling apart, the stores are understaffed and a mess. employees dont give a damn. its a bankruptcy in the making. BUT if youre a smart shopper you can find great deals. or if you in a hurry and in the area. Huge parking lot and convenient area thats about it

This Kmart is unfortunately rundown & its hard to find a sales associate as the store is not very busy & odd parts of the store seem empty as its looked as though this Kmart has been closing for years. Otherwise its a secluded opportunity for shopping!

Not much of a variety of clothes in thier store. Plus service was horrible. The cashier did not really want to bag the item I purchased. IF someone does not want to work, then why show up???
