We purchased GE products from Sanatoga when we purchased our new home six years ago. New washer that lasted three years, purchased our second two years ago, now needs service. Will know more on Monday if they tell us again that this second washer cannot be repaired. We are a family of two adults that might do three loads of laundry a week. Knock on wood our dryer is still working. Now to get to the fridge, on the inside back of the fridge side of the unit is large crack from top to bottom. Im pretty sure that doesnt make it as efficient as it should be. I would not recommend this Appliance store and nor do I recommend GE appliances, Has to make ya wonder 3 out 3....not good. Customer service and sales dont care.

We purchased a dishwasher 5 months ago at Sanatoga Corp. and discovered an issue of a slow leak recently when getting a new counter top installed. The install was halted and we called Sanatoga and they had one of their installers out in two hours!!! He replaced a hose and was on his way- all at no cost to us- just good old fashioned taking care of the customer, five months later!!! Will return when it is time to replace our fridge and stove in the near future. Thank you!!!
