I have been going to CB Joes for the past 20 years since I was a child. Just today I called because one of my televisions had a broken screen. It was a slimfit DLP 52" and I managed to remove the screen properly and diagnose that it was the only thing broken. After informing the gentleman of this I was quickly told, "we dont do anything with screens sir." I replied by asking if they may be able to direct me to where I may be able to buy a screen and I get another short reponse as if he does not want to talk to me any longer, "I dont know sir." I ask him how is it you dont know where to get a replacement screen for a television and you are the only television repair shop most people know about in the area. Again he tells me he doesnt know where to get screens and hangs up the phone. I obviously will not be going back to CB Joes, its seems as if they are only interested in helping you if they are in the position to make money. Not the way a small television repair shop should operate in this economy. In my opinion its all about service now a days and because of their lack of it they have lost another customer.

I almost forgot about CB Joes -- my dad always used them. I recently was looking for appliances and was scouring ads and checking consumer reports for reviews. Settled on models of washer/dryer and dishwasher I was looking for. Compared prices. Then I remembered CB Joes. They were not only a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on the appliances, but delivery was included, AND there was a huge rebate on them. You get personal service from a small business. In the future I will stay away from the box stores and recommend CB Joes to everyone I know. Also -- the delivery and installation was wonderful. They do an excellent job. I cant imagine anything they could have done to make the experience any better. They ran into a few problems with the dishwasher install (house problems) but handled it well, and stuck with it until everything worked out. Thank you for great prices and great service. They also make great recommendations on the appliances. They know their merchandise well. What more can you hope for?

I have been buying from CB Joes for over 40 yrs. In the past year I have purchased two dishwashers and a washing machine all with total satisfaction. They have always been very competitive with pricing, now even offering to meet or beat the competition . And when shopping online or elsewhere , if you find a better price be sure to call them . If they can beat it they will. But more importantly to me is the service. If I had to I wouldnt mind paying a bit more for excellent service. Service like this you cannot buy at any price, yet at Joes this kind of top notch service is all you get. Thanks All Keep up the

Took a 50 inch HD TV in to have the VHF/UHF antenna barrel connector re-soldiered. Hugh was great and informative and said it was the least efficient display connection on the back of this TV and that I had been using the best. Sent me back home without a repair and saved me 90 bucks. Great service and great staff. My first time there, will be back to see how they can help with other appliance replacements.

Good alternative to the big box stores, prices are competitive, service is WAY better than big retail stores, better than expected for a small local store. Always check here before buying online, you will most likely be surprised.
