DO NOT BUY A DISHWASHER FROM APPLIANCE ALLIANCE. We bought a dishwasher from them on a Saturday, and they said it would be installed on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the dishwasher was not delivered and we did not get a phone call. We called the next day, and they said that their installers were on vacation and that we would have to wait. To make a long story short, we had our dishwasher delivered THREE WEEKS LATER. When it arrived, there was a hose missing, so they couldnt install it. They left the dishwasher in the middle of our living room and ordered the hose, and it arrived a week later. Then, a week later, the installers called to say that they would arrive between 1:00-4:00pm. They arrived at 5:45 pm. It was finally installed. Less than a week later, the top rack would fall forward every time we opened the dishwasher. Then the whole dishwasher would lean/fall forward. In other words, THE DISHWASHER DETACHED FROM ITS BRACKET. My husband and I called Appliance Alliance several times, and they said the installers would call us directly. I finally said that I DID NOT want the same installers to fix it, because 1) they dont call when theyre supposed to, and 2) they didnt do a good job in the first place. When I spoke to App Alliance today, she said that their other installer is out until Monday, and that he would call us next week. I told her that if we didnt have it fixed by Monday, we would return the dishwasher and the sale will be null and void. Lets see what happens...

Range died right before the holidays---knew it was failing but had hoped for a bit longer. Appliance Alliance had a good selection of 30"ranges and delivered just a few days after choosing it. GREAT delivery team--new team for Appliance Alliance--but Experienced. Just watching them level the range gave me confidence they were detail oriented and careful. And nice to boot. They set the oven to burn off that new smell and even showed me where the charcoal filter is on the over the range microwave (bought a few years ago) that I didnt even know was there. The install crew went above and beyond for us.--on the way out they went over the driveway to be sure they didnt drop any small pieces like a screw or even wrapping. Nice!!!

When it comes to appliances, I think you have two choices these days. You can go to a big box store, where the salespeople dont know much about what they have, and dont care much about you. Or you can go to a place like this, always a better experience than the box store. They know the products, listen to your needs, and give you good information about the appliances you can afford. The prices are in the same range as everywhere else, and delivery scheduling is pretty painless. No hard sell, no nonsense. Ive gotten three appliances from them so far, and Ive been satisfied every time.

Absolutely horrible. I went into the store on Wednesday, ordered a washer and dryer to be picked up on Friday so my contractor could install it. I went to the store to pick it up on Friday and they told me they FORGOT TO ORDER IT. The only thing they were willing to do was wave the delivery and install fee of $69 after I spent over $1300. They told me it would be delivered and installed on the following Tuesday between 4-6. It is now 7:10 and I am still waiting for it. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place and will never buy from there again. Very disappointed.

This is a local place with local employees. The prices are in range and a little better than the other stores we looked at for our dishwasher. The sales associates are knowledgeable about their product and will sell you what you are looking for and not try to talk you into more. There was a problem with our order coming in on time that was not the fault of the store and they still made it worth our wait by the time we got our dishwasher. The dishwasher works great and I am more than happy with the service.

Picking our appliances were fairly seamless as we knew what we wanted. However delivery is something to be desired. Had a delivery time of 11 AM through 2 PM. No call from the driver to say theyre running late Store could not get a response from the drivers. After fourth call I was told the driver said they had called and left me a message. Which was totally BS. No one from the store was helpful.

I would give this store zero stars if I could! Purchased a very expensive dishwasher from Appliance Alliance which arrived with several dents in it 3 months ago. I am still waiting for them to return my calls to have a new door replaced. This is the worst run store with the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They wont even let us speak to a manager.

Great experience overall including delivery. I visited the store on a Monday in a panic to replace a fridge. It came highly recommend by a colleague. The store has access to more options online and we went with one presented online. Was delivered 3 days later. All is well!!

Walked in with the intent to purchase a new refrigerator. After explaining the problem rather than directing us to the new appliances we were instructed how to fix our problem. I will definitely go there when I need any appliance or have questions.
