I gave them a one because zero is not an option! I had my reciept for a bracelet I bought for my girlfriend they said I needed the price tag to return it I thought the sales reciept would be good enough it is any were else. not happy and will not buy from again check there reviews before you buy they are not good ps I bought my girl friends engagement ring there guess that didnt count for anything shame on Sears
