Purchased a reconditioned refrigerator Saturday at the very end of the business day. It has not worked properly since day 1. It went from freezing all of my cold food to now not keeping anything cold at all. I have purchased 3 other appliances from them in the last couple of months and had no problems. Never once called go use the warranty. They dropped the price of this refrigerator and now claim it now doesnt come with any warranty at all. They refuse to do a thing for an appliance I JUST purchased a little over 72 hours ago!!! I called and asked them to help and was lied to by the associate that runs the office just like she lied to my husband when she said it worked. A working refrigerator wouldnt have the issues this one does especially right out the door! Horrible customer service!!! **RE: owners response - NO! It was NOT disclosed that we were purchasing without a warranty! When I called asking what refrigerators were available I was given 2 options. I asked if she could do better with the price and she immediately dropped it. We were 30 minutes from your closing time and I told her my husband was on his way. Our refrigerator was NOT working so waiting for your free, local delivery" was NOT an option. She knew we were in a bind and assured us it worked perfectly. I would recommend that you, sir, and your employees be more up front with customers in the future. Taking advantage of others is NOT the best thing for a business that thrives on sales. Thank you for taking advantage of me and my family in our time of need...purchasing a brand new refrigerator right before school starts for our 4 children is definitely not something we wanted to do. Heres an idea for you - maybe instead of being dishonest or misleading if/when a customer calls you with issues with one of your products you could offer a service to repair at a reduced rate...not once did I ask for a free repair. I JUST WANT THIS REFRIGERATOR TO WORK AS PROMISED WHEN I PAID YOU LESS THAN 4 DAYS AGO!!!! ** Youre now citing the email in which you threatened me if I didnt remove this review by a certain date and time? Yes, I received your email and I dont take kindly to threats. The review will stay up and I will add more to other review sites. I never asked for a free repair youre just insinuating that I did. You also claim that the price was dropped and thats why there was no warranty however your website states that the warranty is FREE and is included with each purchase. My story has not deviated once however your manager Sarahs has, but none of this changes the fact that you sold an appliance that DID NOT work as promised. Your customer service is horrendous and I am disgusted that Ive done business with you at all. Lesson learned.

I have never posted a negative review before but the service here was so awful I feel compelled to. I purchased a refrigerator, they agreed to a delivery date and time and they called and a few hours before and said they couldnt bring it at the agreed upon time but could bring it right then. I told them I wasnt home and even when I did get home there was no one to help me get it inside. Their response was that they could leave it outside, it would be fine and it has wheels, you can get it in. Ok, not stellar customer service skills. I arrived home to find a refrigerator with 1 working wheel that took me 45 minutes to wrestle in my garage. It came with a 30 day warranty. Day 31 that freezer stopped working. I called on day 33 and was told sorry, 30 days is 30 days! Wow.

DONT waste your time dealing with this "business." The owner is incredibly rude and doesnt follow through with his word. I would write a longer review and explain further, but it really isnt worth any more of my time. Just be warned, the discounted price is not always worth it when the owner is dishonest and foul and the products are defective! UPDATE- As far as the owners comment, I was certainly a customer, and a very dissatisfied one at that! Dont worry, you can bash and try and discredit me all ya want as you have done in your other comments to your many reviews (customers, make sure to check out his Facebook reviews as well!!), but the truth comes out and you can see that in the majority of your reviews! Buyers BEWARE!! Dont shop here!

Why are you frequently closed early? We have tried to come in several times between 4 and 4:30 to find you closed before your closing time of 5 pm. We work until 5 pm during the week and have to take off early and also work on the weekends, but have found you closed on Saturdays as well.
