What a TERRIBLE experience. We just bought an entire kitchens worth of top of the line Jenn Air appliances from Mrs. Gs and will NOT be going back or recommending others. The person we worked with was great - really nice guy. But from day one there were always issues of "I sent you an email, you didnt get it?!" and "I tried calling you" that was the theme throughout. I asked him to keep my wife Ccd on the emails (just in case if I really wasnt getting the emails, at least one of us would) and he couldnt even do that. This was the common theme from June 2015 - Oct 2015...so Im just about fed up with all of this. We placed an order in late June 2015 and was told appliances were arriving in Aug 2015. We were told one appliance was on backorder - fine, no problem, rock on. Fast forward to Aug 2015, the delivery arrives, but much to our surprise there were two additional appliances missing - they were also on backorder. We were never informed that anything else was backordered, so you can imagine our frustration. We were putting in a brand new kitchen at this time, so this delayed the work of our contractors. Its one thing if things are late - I get it, stuff happens. But now our contractors were frustrated because this throws off their schedule by at least a week. This just wasted everyones week...and our money. And again, its fine if things are backordered - it happens! But just let us know ahead of time so we can plan our work. Our contractors would have appreciated that very much, too. Fast forward a few weeks more, everything eventually comes in, the contractors finish up and everything is dandy. We were missing a toe kick for one refrigerator, so I emailed them to see if they could send that to us. This is in late Aug 2015. Well...after almost two more months of emailing and more "I sent you an email but you never responded", not to mention a few more "I called you but it said your number was disconnected", Ive certainly had it. Im not sure what kind of game was going on, but it just seemed like things werent getting done. By the way, its Oct 2015 and we finally did receive the toe kick after a month of waiting, but we didnt get the screws for it. Is this their way of saying "screw" you? Maybe, just maybe... ATTENTION FUTURE BUYERS - please be aware and avoid the hassle.

I came in the other day looking to replace my broken dishwasher. I wasnt looking for anything amazing and I really had no idea what I wanted other than something that worked. I was helped by your employee, Keith (the husky body builder looking guy with the shaved head.. just in case there is more than one Keith there). Keith really amazed me with his knowledge and sevice. He helped me find a dishwasher that suited my needs (I thought they were all basically the same!). Theres a commedian (Tosh, I think is his name) who does a skit about the stereotype of senior workers in retail positions and how they really go out of their way to help you with stuff that is obvious to other people. "Does this DVD player support BluRay?" asks the customer in the skit, and the gentleman responds "Well lets find out! You need to know this!". Compare this to the average teen or 20s worker that skoffs at requests and doesnt care one way or another. What Im getting at in this long-winded post is that I was really impressed by Keith and his product knowledge. I was just looking for anything and Keith was determined to ensure that I went home with a product that I knew I would love. When Im ready to upgrade my other appliances, Im coming back and Im going to specifically ask for Keith! You guys rock! Thanks again for the help Keith!!

In March 2015 I bought an expensive LG dryer from Mrs. Gs. It was a recommended model by consumers reports. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. See, 3 years prior to this I had purchased a very expensive Gaggenau dishwasher from them that just died after 2 years so I figured the $250 for extended warranty on an already expensive dryer was a good idea. I dont know what possessed me to go back to Mrs. Gs after that but I did. I guess we thought it was a fluke with the dishwasher. Well 6 weeks after purchase, the heating element on the brand new dryer blew. It took 2 weeks to get someone out here, order parts and then fix it. And in the first year you arent even using the extended warranty yet. You are still dealing with Mrs. Gs. 2 weeks with 3 kids and no dryer. I had to take my family to the laundromat! Now just a year and a few months later, the heating element (same problem as when it first broke) has blown again. It has taken a week to get the extended warranty people here and now they have to wait for approval from the insurance provider before they can fix it. So I guess I am going to the laundromat with my kids again!! I will never purchase another appliance from Mrs. Gs again. I am soooo done. And they wonder why the big box stores are putting them out of business.

When we rebuilt our Kitchen the stress of every little detail from design to applicances and stress of keeping a budget! I remember Debbie Schaeffer mentioning at a networking event that she is in a buying club which gives her the buying power - as an independent business owner to compete with the "Big Boys". So - owning our own businessess too - decided to support another local business in the process - maybe buy a few things and shop around! Not only was the staff extremely knowledgeable on product (do you know how many refrigerators there are to select from - ugh) but prices matched any "competitor" in the area - so be bought everything - Stove, Microwave, beverage cooler, dishwasher and refrigerator - It was truly ONE STOP SHOPPING! Not to mention the service was awesome and it is totally clear why Mrs. Gs is still growing and growing - because they do the right thing! They made my nightmare become a dream come true! Oh and they work with amazing design services like Cabinets by Amy and Lauren! P.s. LOVE MY KITCHEN and APPLIANCES!

I have done business with many Appliance Stores all across the Country, but I have never had a more knowledgeable or caring sales associate than Abe. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, he greeted my wife and I; held the door open for us and made us feel welcome. He never pressured us but was ever attentive and nearby to answer our questions. And we had a LOT of questions!! We explained that we are on a fixed income and he totally understood. He ended up convincing us that Sub-Zero was the best fit for us and quickly processed our order. He brought us both a drink and told us to sit down and relax but got nothing for himself. That impressed me because his only priority was making sure that WE were satisfied. That is so refreshing in this day and age, that an Industry Veteran such as Mr. Grinberg would still treat his customers the way they did back when he started in the business over 65 years ago! Thanks a million Abe and Mrs. G’s, we will be back!!!

I worked with Keith Forest at Mrs.Gs in the Princeton, NJ area. Without a doubt they have the best selection of mid and upper mid luxury appliances and a beautiful showroom. They will match any price I beleive. Keith was amazingly helpful, knew his stuff and undertook a very difficult research project in my behalf, trying to find the right appliance to fit in an odd space. He was incredibly professional and kept repeating - Mrs. G. will do whatever it takes before and after the sale to do right by a customer. So far, that is exactly what he has done. He kept in touch with me with updates and information. Mrs.Gs has Incredible service, and incredbile follow-through!!! Will go there and request Ketih for next purchase for sure.
