I bought $4500 worth of appliance including a Bosch stove that had a bent top. Was told it would be replaced before delivery which was 4 weeks out. It wasnt. Then, when it got hooked up, the igniter was broken and every time you plug it in all of the igniters kept firing. So I couldnt use it. Then the plumber was going to look at it. That took another week. He rigged it so it could be used, which I guess was good since I had to continually call Queen appliance for another 5 weeks to find out where the part was. Only until I went in and threatened that it needed to be fixed by the end of the next week and the top be replaced (9 weeks after buying) was it fixed. Then 3 weeks after that I went to use the warming drawer for the first time. Low and behold, the track is broken. Called Hugh who promised to get the plumber out ASAP and wed get a call by that weekend. Here we are a week later and no call. If you want broken appliances, big hassle and no follow up, by all means, this is your place.

I recently needed to replace my ge harmony washer. I knew that I wanted a front loader after looking at the internet and stopping in a few stores I decided to stop in Queens. I had dealt with them before and treated me right. The sales team was knowledgeable and curious. I decided on a Samsung model, but I wanted to go look at internet one more time to see if I could get a better price. After looking I found that Queens price by far was the best one I could find. All it took was one quick call to the sales person that was assisting me and everything was taken care of. He informed me at that time that the model I liked was on backorder. The washer came in before the date that I was quoted and we set up a delivery date. When the delivery was made the people we friendly and they were really fast. They hooked everything up and made sure it worked the way it should and they were on time too. I would definitely use Queens again as my first choice.

Great place! In just a few words: Showroom was not as flashy as Best Buy, but they make up for it with a good floor selection. Sales person was knowledgeable, zero pressure, and very helpful. The delivery was easy to schedule and went smoothly. A week later, I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was up to snuff. Appliances are working great so far. Now the important part, the pricing! I purchased a 37cuft. fridge with a satisfaction rating of 4 stars. In addition to that, I also purchased a washer and dryer combo, also large capacity with 5 star ratings. I paid $3600, with an extended service plan, and delivery & installation. $3,600 TOTAL!!! That speaks for itself. – I was not compensated in any way for this post.

I would not recommend this appliance dealer to anyone. I purchased a dishwasher there for my full-house renovation last year and the unit is junk. To make matters worse, it is a Bosch and I have already contacted the company seeking reparations. In addition, Queen also sold us a gas range (GE) and this unit also had to have repair within the first few weeks of installation. The atmosphere in this store is worse than a used car lot and most of its employees can be compared with the scheister one might find in a used car commercial. Their prices are lower, yes, but it is so not worth it when one has to deal with unprofessionals trying to push their defective wares.

Bought a refrigerator from them over a year ago. The ice-maker worked for about a month and then stopped producing ice. Called for warranty repair. Repair person comes out, orders a new ice-maker and says hell come back. Over a month later, still no ice-maker. So we call to follow up and we get no call back or response at all. After several attempts to get this repaired, we are still without an ice-maker on the brand new fridge. Weve called Queen appliance directly with no luck either. I think the next step is to have it fixed and then sue them for the cost. I will NEVER buy from here again.

My husband and I were looking for a good priced washer and dryer for our first home. We found an energy efficient whirlpool washer and dryer for a lower price than mainstream stores. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all, and gave us the same deal the next day when we came back. We had a minor issue with the washer several months after we bought it. They responded very quickly. Well definitely use them again!

We have purchased two items from Queen: a portable dishwasher, and a room air conditioner. We love Queen. You get first-rate appliances at affordable prices. Our sales guys were super-helpful, no pressure, and knowledgeable about the products. And now they offer delivery and set-up, which they didnt before. If you qualify, then even offer 12 months interest-free. So when you need a major appliance, always go to Queen first!

At the suggestion of my realtor I purchased kitchen appliances for my mothers house that I must sell. I found the folks at the Phoenixville location very helpful and they found a stove with a dent for me that was very reasonably priced. The delivery / installation crew were prompt and professional. When I will need appliances in the future Queen will be my first stop.

We found the salespeople vary to a great degree, and weve had good ones at queen and poor. The good ones are excellent and steered us towards a Bosch washer and dryer that have been nothing short of excellent for us. However, the "scratch and dent" inventory is often very small, so dont expect to always get what you want at the cut rate prices you are hoping for.

We went to the Phoenixville location. We bought a new Washer, Dryer, and second fridge for the new house. Quality and price are competitive with the big stores plus they are a LOCAL business. Delivery was on time and the drivers went out of their way for us. We originally wanted to find something scratch and dent but they are so much more.
