What a shame...Ive bought things here many times, but will no longer be a regular customer. Trying to consign here was HORRIBLE. After making an appointment a month in advance, calling the owner Antoinette (as she requested) three separate times to confirm she would take various items (so as not to waste anyones time), cleaning, bagging, and labeling items...I left my appointment in frustration, after being accused of lying by an employee, and decided not to consign anything at all. I had barely walked in the door when employee Emily told me they were "only taking ride-ons." As I questioned her further, it expanded to "only taking outdoor play" - when I brought in a snap and go stroller, I was told that they would take that...confused yet? I was, and even more put off by the rude, condescending tone of the employee. Emily asked who I scheduled my appointment with and I told her Antoinette - I told her I spoke to Antoinette three separate times to confirm what they would take - and, this was the final straw, she said, "thats not possible, shes the owner, she would have told you that we were only accepting ride-ons." I was simply stunned that Emily accused me of lying! She was beyond rude throughout the entire interaction - so much so that I am now writing my first negative review ever! I tried to consign despite hearing other similar negative reviews because I had personally had nice interactions with the owner, as a paying customer. Lesson learned. Dont waste your time here. I love nothing more than supporting local, small business and am deeply saddened that I can no longer support this store. They do NOT know how to treat people.

This store has the potential to offer an excellent service to the community, HOWEVER, my experince was not great. I am in town from Florida for the holidays and needed a pack and play for my 3 year old grandson. They sold me one for an infant (I was not aware they come in sizes) and refused to exchange for one the correct size. As I had thoroughly explained my situation while working with the sales clerk, I simply found that their customer service sucks. The clerk suggested I bring back the item in April to put on consignment (Hello, I live in Florida and you sold me the wrong size after I gave you detailed information ). The thing that also sucks is that we brought several really nice items to them last year and just donated them as we are from out of town, and this is the return favor. I suggest you find another kids consignment store or try thrift stores if you are looking for those type of items. This could be a really awesome store if they ran it with great customer service. I wish them the best, but customer experience is the most important.

Hi, I first want to say I really do think the store is great. It has some really good deals. I did notice a lot of things are close to what youd pay in stores though. And some of the things can be more. There where these wooden little cars/trains and the one was five dollars. My only complaint is the customer service in there. I understand they are very busy but... they need to be a bit nicer to the customers. I was in there recently and myself and a few other customers in there where saying the women was rude who runs the store. She just seems overwhelmed and not too helpful the times I have been in there. Just wanted to say the store is great but please be a little more kind with your customer service. You may lose some customers. And just one more thing, the sign outside says do not get on the bikes, well some kids have to try them out outside to see if they can pedal good, etc.. Not sure if you have a liability form customers can sign before they try out the bikes? Saying no to trying out the bikes/strollers isnt a good idea to me. Thanks.

Looking for old stuff is always intriguing to me. RePlay Toys is exactly a consignment/thrift shop for old toys, that are not made anymore. Also, books, DVDs, video games, video game accessories, consoles, etc. There is so much you can find in this store. In fact, my sister got a pogo stick that she got really into for the next couple days. Some of their prices, however are sometimes really expensive at times. I was curious about the cost of "Mario Party 4" over the counter, the owner told me it was 35 bucks. It seemed ridiculous that the store was charging that much for a game that is over 10 years old. Yes, I get that Nintendo games are more expensive, but a GameCube game back when does not need to cost that much. Also, the lady/owner seemed fine about me recording for Derek S Bargain Shopping. Stores can feel weird about people recording, mainly due to privacy concerns. RePlay Toys is a fun consignment shop that has cool toys that are not sold in stores nowadays.

Had an incident which required basic customer service remedy. What could have been amicably resolved with costing this business maybe less than $5, actually cost them a regular customer. Poor customer service and poor vision on behalf of ownership. It was a shame because I liked the shop and would have been a regular and recommended to others. Very unfortunate experience. So jarring that this is actually the first time in my life I have given anyone a negative review online. As a business owner, I know how, at times, customers can be unreasonable and I would hate to hurt someones reputation. But I felt obligated to share my experience and utter disappointment with responsiveness of ownership. With so many customer focused stores out there, it would be hard to recommend someone coming here. I would say for certain things, but just assume the worst if something goes wrong. If you are ok with that, then shop here.

I absolutely LOVE replay toys!! When I am in need of anything for my kids I always check them out first! They always rock amazing sales and seem to always have what I need at way more than half off what I would pay anywhere else! I even start my Christmas shopping here first because I know I will get the most for my money. They have strollers, toys, games, books, baby furniture, toy boxes, specialty items....the list goes on!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, they will even point you in the direction of another store that may have what you need if they dont have it in!! If you like saving money but still want the ability to get your kids what they need then you should definitely stop by replay toys first!! They are awesome!!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I was there for quite a while perusing for gifts for my son who is turning two, and they gave me a hard time for letting him play with the toys. HELLO!! Its a USED TOY STORE! Thats what youre supposed to do, to see what they like best! But if you feel that way, how about giving me a hand to help me find something! There were four people working, two were eating there lunch right behind the desk and the other two were putting away piles of merchandise that was piled up right in front of the desk, but nobody offered to give me any assistance. I was going to buy stuff but I changed my mind.
