ToysRUs thinks they are they only toy store in town. Service is terrible not just in this store but in general and online as well. Most associates are school kids... very casual. This location has 10-12 checkout counters but youd lucky to find a more than 2 open at any time... leading to long waits. Why the 2nd star... Well ToysRUs price matches to Amazon. Pick any toy on Amazon and they will match the price and you will get to pick it up right-away.

Im trying to call them for something I need for work and you have to wait like 20 minutes just to get a human on the line but when you do it just goes beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep Ive tried at least 3 times. It shouldnt be this complicated

They have a good selection for most sections, but their video game area is a little light -- you are probably better off some place else if that is what you are looking to buy. My younger kids love the free balloon and crown on their birthday.
