I went here for christmas 2 years in a row and the first time was good service second time was the worst the cashiers are so rude and so is the manager pat i called one time and was on hold for an hour then when i was talking pat put me on hold again with out letting me no i just heard music start playing also their layaway is fruad they will tell u things that arent even on the receipt i will never go to this toys r us aqain i will bee going down southphilly for now on and its a shame cause i live up the street from this toys r us

I took 2 stars off because they open their store too late (10:00am). A few times I have forgotten that and have had to sit around waiting for that time because I needed something so bad. At the same time I have watched numerous potential customers walk up to the door then drive off because of that. And the staff refuses to open the door one minute too soon, even seeing people standing at the door! If ToysrUss big bosses only realized how much business they are missing out on because of their opening time!

Staff unhelpful and unwilling to honor Toys r Us policy. They make the price guarantee as difficult as possible. They refuse to accept competitors coupons even when we viewed the website that clearly states that these coupons are accepted. The manager said, "are computers cant process them"

Very pricey. But have all sorts of toys for all ages so far everything I wanted in there was in stock I never had a problem with that. They do have stuff on clearance all the time as well.

Management is very ignorant and disrespectful. Cancelled my layaway because I had to wait 3 days to get paid to get it out so they canceled it days before Xmas
