I was there around Christmas time so Im not sure that any review would be the best sacred have. I had ordered something in advance to be picked up since I have some mobility issues. I had to wait longer than I feel I should have and took three different people to finally get the item I wanted. I do have to say that the store was extremely busy. People were pleasant but again like I said took great jail time to finally get my item. There is good parking around that particular store.

I just made a purchase at this store and I was disgusted that the cashier Carissa did not acknowledge me nor my husband even while we waited 10 minutes for the previous customer to finish her shopping as we waited for her to come back and complete her transaction. She never made eye contact never said hello and only spoke when my husband had difficulty using the pin pad. We received horrible customer service. We will not be back.

After working here for a bit and seeing the big change/merger of Toys R Us and Babies R Us I can honestly say that there are better stores to go to for toys, but so far this is the only one available for us. The people are nice, but after awhile they can be rude and most of them dont have any idea if something is out of stock and if they will get it back in stock.

....Basically l live in the neighborhood, and Ive gone to this store at least 100 times or more and have never been disappointed. Ive even lost my phone in the store and was helped in finding it. Just got my grandson a Power Ranger Megazoid, when l could find it in anywhere. Happy Birthday Derek
